I came into the Englewood location on a Sunday, from Centennial, because my location EB is now closed. It was pretty busy on Englewood. I ordered 2 bagels for myself and daughter, to go. I asked multiple times if the cashier add Mayo to mine and both orders were to be toasted. She was very nice and said, yes. It was almost a 10min wait. When I got my order I went out to my car. I checked the bagels and none were toasted. I have a quarter size mayo on my sandwich. My daughter barley had sauce on hers. I went back in to grap at least mayo packet, but they didn't have any out. I no mustard either. So I tried the only sauce they had out, and that was Cholula. I just didn't want to eat a dry bagel, the hot sauce made the sandwich worse, but I was hungry and ate my cold sandwich. They were just too busy for me to have them remake. This has happened at this location before that's why I always double check my order when ordering. They had 6 ppl working. They just need to make sure they are correctly making the sandwich, however why is EB so stingy with the sauces, mayo.... ? I wish I took a picture of mine, but here's one.of my daughter's lack of sauceiness bagel sandwich... She had more sauce than mine, oh and my tomato wasn't ripe big yellow...
Read moreVery disappointed. I paid $18 for two small sandwiches and a drink I redeemed a reward for. So basically $18 for two sandwiches. One of them being made incorrectly and I don't think it was even cooked! Perhaps they were out of the correct bagel, but if so you should probably ask before substituting jalapeno for green chili, two completely different flavors. The bagel itself seemed to be undercooked and then the cheese wasn't melted and the whole sandwich was ice cold. Given, I walk across the street to pick up the order and it could have gotten cold during the journey. But the cheese wasn't melted so I believe it wasn't cooked/heated up to begin with. The food is also inconsistent. My chai was great yesterday but often is weak and flavorless. I feel like if I had paid the same amount at Starbucks I could have gotten the same amount of items without using a reward for the drink and it would have been much better. Read moreI placed an order and paid through the app on 11/4/22 for 2 cantinas of coffee for a work meeting totaling a little over $45. When I arrived they told me they were out of the cantinas but could give me individual cups of coffee. How would I possibly transport 20 to 30 cups of coffee? They couldn’t give me a refund since I paid on the app but said they would have someone call me. No one ever called. I tried calling the store a few days later and the call was redirected to another location who direct me to the contact us page on the website. I filled it out and still no call. I finally received a credit on the app of $46 on 11/11/22. The problem is I purchased this on my corporate card, along with the coffee I ended up getting from Starbucks, and need a refund not app credit. If someone would bother to call me I could explain this. The problem resolution is terrible and no one wants to talk to...
