I’ve given this location multiple chances, But today was the LAST straw. The only competent employee here seems to be Gio. They actually listened and have gotten my orders right. Every other time, My order has been messed up in some way, But today was BEYOND frustrating. I placed an Uber Eats order while at work, And my food never arrived. I understand that because it wasn’t ordered directly through Noodles & Company, The issue is technically “out of their hands” However, I’ve worked in fast food before, And when a delivery order gets stolen or dropped off at the wrong location, We remake it!! Especially if drivers are still coming in. Instead, I was met with indifference. My order could’ve just been remade since three different drivers showed up for my order. Whether the driver took my food or it was given to the wrong person, I was left starving at work with no solution but to reorder and wait AN HOUR. It should’ve been here an hour ago. This isn’t even the first time this location has let me down as I’ve mentioned. I’ve paid extra for modifications like extra chicken or extra sauce only to receive none of it. When I tried to get it fixed, The store was already closing, So I was just out of luck. How hard is it to read a ticket and prepare the order correctly? On top of that, The bathrooms here are disgusting. I can’t fully blame the employees. That’s mostly on the customers. But at the same time, I get it. Who really wants to clean that mess? Still, The overall cleanliness of the store is questionable. I even watched an employee handle cash and go straight back to making food without washing their hands. We all know how dirty money is. I’m not saying you have to change gloves every time you go on the register, But at the very least, Wash your hands. From now on, I’ll be going out of my way to the SouthGlenn location to avoid this level of...
Read moreNoodles and Company is a wonderful place to take your family to enjoy a quickly made but, quality meal or if you prefer to go it alone there is something for everyone. The food is tasty and hardy. I chose a dish from the Zoodles menu by accident. When I realized my noodles were strings of Zucchini I was disappointed until I took a bite. I was pleasantly surprised as the Zucchini was cooked to perfection, not an over cooked mushy mess or an under cooked hard crunch but, exactly like noodles. Kudos to the chef!!! The flavor was excellent, a lemon zest with a conglomerate of seasoning blanketed the zoodles. My family ordered more tradition plates such as the Wisconsin cheese macaroni and the pesto noodles with chicken, all of which were delicious. If you choose to play it safe you can order the parmesan noodles with chicken and seasoning. I've had this plate on several occasions and can describe it as grandmas chicken noodle recipe with an Italian twist, a bit of nostalgia meets modern day Olive Garden without the waiter hovering over you with parmesan and a cheese grater (how much is too much btw, if it was my choice the entire hunk of cheese would be gone. Is there grated cheese etiquette?). Staff at this particular Noodles and Company had a pleasant attitude, nothing more than taking your order and dropping it off at your table, no tip required interaction. The resteraunt was very clean including the bathroom, and the atmosphere is exactly what one would expect from a semi-fast food joint. I would highly recommend this Noodles and Company for the food, staff and...
Read moreA frequent customer to this location for a long time and kept faith that it was an off night but after my online order today I've thrown in the towel! Cashier was rude and instructed us to go to the next counter were the pick up orders were and find ours and make sure it's correct... no verifying if that was indeed my order or if it was paid for and then do her job of checking for accuracy but indeed not to stand in her line and make way for the empty line behind us and not to waste her time at work... Get to the fun part of eating said food only to feel robbed of my $25 lunch for 2. The side salad was old and crunchy but luckily it was about a teaspoon worth of lettuce. The entrees were even worse. The chicken was stiff as wood and the noodles had been over cooked with feta that was of a milky substance. The curry was better but the tofu was a good indicator that the person eating the food doesn't eat meat but had a mixture of all meats from everything cooked at the time it was. Shrimp, chicken, and a piece of what we assumed was beef. The added meat wasn't too bad and was picked off and realizing the shrimp had the tails still attached and the chicken was raw on under half.. complete fail and pointless to go on... We will never waste money again here and wouldn't recommend anyone else either! They don't care about you or your safety and it reflects in...
