I stop here occasionally on my way to work. Usually things are as you'd expect from McDonald's. Not many issues. Quick moving drive through. Orders are accurate. However, the last couple times I've stopped by, the employee was extremely rude and it prompted me to leave this negative review. She was working cashier at the drive through both times. I'm not here to make friends, but also I'm not rude nor do I like someone being rude to me. So I pull up and say "hello, how's it going?". And she looks the other way back I side and just $8.43, or whatever it was. I figure maybe she didn't hear me. She gives my card back, I say "thanks have a nice day" and before I finished even saying it she just slammed the window closed. I figured she was having a bad day. Today I went back, it was the same employee and my experience to last time was identical, except this time she looked right at me as I addressed her, and she still chose to not respond to "hows it going" and "have a nice day". Now I know she heard me and is just a ride person. The only thing I noticed that irritated me even more, was that this person interacted with the driver in front of me and complimented her nose ring. It made me feel like this employee didn't like men, and that's fine. No one has to like everyone. But again, maybe this isn't the type of job for you if you're going to intentionally be rude to customers. I leave this review in hopes that a manager who works there reads reviews and can use this experience as training. Yeah, you don't need to be friends or even in a great mood, but when working at a place that you deal with the public all the time for a global fast-food restaurant, it's probably best to not be a rude jerk. I'll likely find a different spot to occasionally stop on my...
Read moreI had a very very bad experience at this McDonald’s today and the only reason why I’m giving it a one star is because I got my food. I ordered off my mobile app and pulled up to the drive thru window. The lady didn’t answer me and got quiet on me. I told her after asking her numerous times was she there that I have a mobile order. Her response “it’s not at this location and we don’t have it in our system”. I said “I have the receipt right here showing it went through and you took the money”. Her response “JUST PULL UP TO THE FIRST WINDOW”. I pulled up and she continued to tell me your order isn’t here. I pulled up my receipt from the email to show it went through, their address and money I paid. Her impolite and rude response “we don’t have it in our system.” I told her to either refund my money or just go get my food. Another gentleman comes to the window and VERIFIED MY ORDER without looking at the receipt and tells me to pull up to the second window. They give me my food and I ask for a receipt and the ladies at the next window says they don’t have mobile order receipts. I am VERY VERY UPSET! A couple of things went wrong here. I showed them proof I ordered my food. I didn’t get any apologies for THEIR MISTAKE and I know for a FACT mobile orders come with receipts because they offer me a receipt at EVERY OTHER MCDONALDS! This was a very bad customer experience especially since I’m 26 weeks pregnant and had a two year old crying in the back seat for fries! I will never return to this McDonald and the staff should be trained on professionalism and...
Read moreOn 4-1-2025 around 12:30 AM, I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences at this McDonald's. From the moment I placed my order, the employee was incredibly rude and dismissive. I ordered three plain double cheeseburgers and a large chocolate shake. When she repeated my order incorrectly, I politely corrected her. She then informed me they didn’t have shakes because the machine was being cleaned—fine, that happens. So I ordered a large caramel cappuccino instead.
When I pulled up to the window, she handed me the wrong drink—a frappé. When I pointed this out, she rudely snapped that they didn’t have cappuccinos either because the machine was being cleaned. Again, not a huge deal, but the attitude was uncalled for.
Then came the real disaster: she rang up 20 double cheeseburgers instead of three. When I questioned it, she blamed me, claiming I had corrected her to say "20." That never happened. I corrected her to specify "plain" cheeseburgers, nothing more. At this point, the service was so hostile that I decided to leave without my order, rather than risk getting food that may have been tampered with.
Mistakes happen, but the level of rudeness, incompetence, and lack of basic customer service here was unacceptable. Management needs to seriously address staff training because this experience was beyond frustrating. I won’t be returning...
