I haven’t ate at Franco’s for years and always craved the fresh salad bar. I stopped by today since I was in the area and the salad bar was amazing and fresh just as I remembered it. Excellent. We were looking for a place to get breakfast after a “procedure” and found this place with a Google search. Hands down, the best vegetable omelette I’ve ever had. My companion had eggs over easy with bacon and she was also happy. The owner was kind and pleasant. It’s clean and overall a great little spot....
