I work downtown and used to order delivery. The price for delivery says one thing (used to be free over $15.00 now $2.50 but I get charged more money than advertised). So, now I try to pick up when I order. I have found these things to be consistent in my cases; they never ask you if you want your soup or a pop with your lunch specials. (It was advertised to be included with the price.) I am usually in a hurry and forget until after I look in the bag that I should have been given a soup or a pop. Ultimately, that is on me. When I do remember to ask for a pop, they still forget to put it in my bag. At first, I assumed it was an innocent mistake but the frequency of it occurring in my opinion leads me to believe it is on purpose. If you do not want to give pop or soup then do not advertise it. Its just this lady's opinion but I just think you are cheap and always ripping me off and it makes me mad. Unlike some of your other reviews, I think your food is good, that is why it is a shame that I never want to go to your restaurant. My family and I ordered over $40 of food. We all got really sick except for my three year old that refused to eat the food (because he doesn't like Chinese). My older son missed school due to being so sick. We didn't even eat half of the food and called the next day to have the situation fixed. The lady on the phone was rude and would not listen to my problem and tried to say that no one else got sick and we just had a cold because "it was snowing outside" the night before. She told me to call her insurance company because they have "no health code violations". I asked to speak with management and she would only let me give my number for the manager to call back. Management never called me back. After a few days of waiting I took my entire order ($40) in with receipt and all I was offered was and order of chicken with lo mein. The one gentleman who is the delivery driver is a major creeper. I have ordered from here a few times over 2 years. One time he took my number from the receipt when I ordered delivery from online. He actually called my house repeatedly. Then one night he called at 2 something in the morning. So the next night he called around 11 and my husband answered the phone and told him we know how you got this number so lose it. He never called back and since then I have gotten a different driver a few times. But my husband ordered online lastnight with his cell number and sure enough he was our delivery driver.
