I'm from Chicago so I'm very judgmental about pizza. Stevo's by far has the best deep dish in Erie! Other places don't even come close. Stevo's is accurate, the crust is right and they put the ingredients onto the pizza in the correct order... sauce should always be on top!! It's soooo good!! It has to be eaten with a fork and knife which is how you're supposed to eat deep dish! My only complaint... every time I try to order from them, like right now, they're closed! Sometimes they're randomly closed, but usually it's because they close at 8:00 pm on the three busiest pizza nights..... Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 8:00 pm?!! You have to order by 6:30 pm/7:00 pm, otherwise they tell you it's too late. Well that's too early! So if you can figure out what you want to eat for dinner by 6:30 pm, order the deep dish, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I ordered from here a lot in the past but the last two times our broccoli calzone has looked like this. The first time it happened, about 2 weeks ago, we considered it a one off, but it’s happened again and it’s absolutely disgusting. The broccoli tastes as gross as it looks, we know because we made the mistake of eating it last time. Never ordering from here again. Sorry if the photo makes you want to vomit Not sure how to reply to the owner so I am editing my review and hope they see it. Looking at my bank statement it was ordered on 01/06/2022 my total was 42.94 from Stevos Pizza Erie PA. We got a pizza with olives with the order as well. Nice try on the cop out response but I can promise you this was from Stevos

Downtown Erie. Unassuming storefront. Bare bones inside. But the pizza!!! This HAS to be one of the best pizzas in Erie. You can buy by the slice or a whole pie. The traditional pizzas and some specialty pizza. I tried the pierogi pizza and I loved it. It has fries atop sour cream onions and mozzarella. Crust is nice and chewy. They also offer sandwiches and calzones. To go and dine in. Parking can be hard to find and it is metered

I always look forward to this pizza when I come to Erie. I was having a fun game night with my family, we ordered pizza to our hotel. An hour goes by and we get a phone call confirming the hotel we were at. I was about to pull up the exact address of the hotel but I was told that they don’t need it they know where that hotel is, it’s okay. True story. Then I continued playing with my family, no pizza and it got late so I didn’t get to eat dinner. My phone was on the charger and I received three phone calls in a short time period and I assumed that it was all cleared up. I checked my phone not too much after that and I returned the calls way before the stores closing time. My several calls went unanswered. I called the store the next day to get a refund. I shouldn’t be treated like an enemy but like a customer. I did my part on my end I gave my address twice I paid. I reiterated to them that customer service was not up to par and I was disappointed in how I was being treated. I was told I wouldn’t get a refund for the product I never received because it was my fault and I wasted their product. I was told that she’s get the owner on the phone. I waited hoping I’d get an ounce of professionalism and understanding. Yet I was on the line with an employee named Rose who continued to be anything but respectful or understanding of why I wanted a refund. After awhile she then apologized and stated she was sorry and I’d get a refund. I let her know it was not okay to talk to customers like they are enemies. I let her know her customer service is awful. I’m sorry, I should not be told it was my fault when it was clearly the other party’s incompetence. I’m disappointed that she was a representative of this company because I LOVE the quality of food but now I have a bad taste in my mouth that prevents me from giving them my business.

My mother visited the store to receive the refund personally. The owner met her with concern, respect, and professionalism. He apologized for what happened and I would expect this respect over the phone from the...

The three of my fishing buddies and I got to the I-90 Redroof Inn to stay for a weekend of fishing, and we decided to order some delivery since we were starving. Saw the good reviews on here of Steve-O's, decided to try it. Big mistake. About 8 PM, we ordered a large pizza with sausage, an order of jalepeno poppers, and an order of 20 wings, guy on the phone said it would be 30-45 minutes before it got to us. Well, 8:45 came, nothing. 9:00 came, nothing. Was about to call the place and find out what the heck was going on, when I got a call on my cellphone from the delivery guy, who had a thick accent, asking what hotel we were at (eventhough I clearly told them this when we ordered). I told him the Red Roof Inn, and had to repeat this about seven times, since he kept asking "what," before he told me he didn't know where that was at. I ended up just looking up the address of our hotel, and giving him that. Really expected a place that has been in business so long to know the area better. Sure enough, another 20-30 minutes went by, when he finally showed up, quickly paid and eagerly went to dig in, only to be disappointed. The pizza was barely warm, with an overly crispy crust, as if it had sat in the refrigerator and been reheated in the microwave or something. The poppers were the same way, the cheese filling wasn't melty at all, it was more hard and tacky like Cheese-Whiz. The wings were the only reason I give this place a 2 and not a 1. They were pretty good, not the best I've had in the area, but by far the best part of the meal.

Overall, very unhappy with this place, and will not order from here again. I want the money and the time we...

I was in town on business and decided to place an order on a Tuesday evening. First, I had to repeat EVERYTHING (phone number, order details, cc #) while placing my order over the phone-it was the longest delivery order I have ever experienced. I was told it would be 45-60 minutes before my order would arrive, but much to my surprise my order showed up in about 30 minutes. It soon became apparent why it took significantly less time than I was told....EVERYTHING WAS UNDERCOOKED. Perhaps, I should have been more cognizant of the time of day when placing my order (9pm)-I guess I assumed it did not matter.

The only reason that I did not rate it less favorably is because everyone that I spoke with was extremely nice. The person on the phone (even though I had to repeat myself multiple times) and the delivery guy could not have been more friendly. They have the customer service piece figured out, now they just have to figure out how long it takes to properly cook a pizza and a philly cheesesteak. If it had only been one aspect of my order that was incorrect, I could be less forgiving but due to the fact that none of the items in my order were prepared properly I would not consider ordering from...
