A very unassuming hole in the wall kind of place… even if they are in their own building. My first impression was the tiny parking that is challenging if you have a truck. Then when leaving the parking it is a right turn only. Looking around, there is so much new construction, I wonder how long the city will leave them alone. Walking inside, they do have a couple tables, but you can tell most everyone grabs and goes. So the tables are mostly used to wait for your takeout. The staff was friendly, and made sure to pack things to try and keep certain items separate for takeout. I was happy to see that they don’t use the styrofoam containers and these appear to be biodegradable. The burrito was a good size and fills you up. Though if you are going to use their utensils, be careful, the knife bends easily. Which might be more of a testament to the girth of the burrito. Flavor was… meh… it’s there, just light. Could have used more chilli powder and cumin, but that’s my preference. The rice and beans were the same story. Thankfully I asked for some salsa, that helped. Not a bad place, maybe if I go back. I’ll try something different to see if it’s the same story.

We bought two Bean and Cheese Burritos. The lady behind the counter was busy. She was professional. She was courteous. She was friendly. She was a spot on professional. She helped to get us and customers ahead of us in and out. The dining room was full up. The burrito was more than enough for lunch. The green salsa has a great flavor and knocked my teeth out the back my head. Nice and spicy. My first time here. I cannot wait to come back and work my way through the menu. The people working in the back of house know their business and their food. Gracias, Amiga's and Amigo's.

Everytime i order from here i get my order wrong. Is it that hard to read the order receipt. Today I put in a order which it’s been a while so I gave it a try and Rosa D who’s the server can’t read to not add onions to tacos and decide to add everything to a burrito that wasn’t on the order. I can’t have cheese I get sick when I have it and she decide to put cheese when I said no dairy. Never ordering here again incompetent people work here.

Terrible customer service. I feel bad for customers who order online from here. I came in asking for a customer's Grubhub order, and it was missing. I asked them if they could simply remake the food so I could take care of the customer. Never had a restaurant refuse until Burrito Boy. They said no, and their reason was that it needed to be "re-submitted" by the customer (which is complicated and wastes everyone's time). I offered to simply show them the customer's order details on my phone so they could remake it...easy, right? They refused again, just because they couldn't see it again in their system. Makes absolutely no sense.

I complained to Grubhub, so Grubhub called Burrito Boy and requested they remake the food for the customer. Believe it or not, they still refused.

When the order is missing, it's either because the restaurant didn't confirm with the driver that they grabbed the correct order (check their phone), or it was irresponsibility placed where it could be stollen. Therefore, it is the RESTAURANT'S responsibility to take care of the order in this scenerio. When this doesn't happen, who suffers? The customer, who gets no food and only a partial refund, and the driver for making the drive to the pickup location with no subsequent payment. It's very selfish, and it seems like they were just too lazy to remake the order for the...

Absolutely terrible experience with the food and service from this supposed restaurant. I had ordered my food online and came in to pick up the order. While waiting for over 15mins the restaurant took and served 7 orders before me. I mentioned to the young man at the front desk that I had ordered online and that other orders placed after mine had received their food. The young man proceeded to tell me that my order wasn't ready for 4 more mins. The young man had an attitude and said that I would just have to wait and that I could tell whoever I want. When the order was ready the kid behind the front counter just place my order to the side and waited another five minutes to tell me it was my order. The most disrespectful experience I've had in my life. I got my food went to my car and saw a sizeable rat running into their kitchen. I ended up throwing my food away because I was so disgusted with this restaurant as a whole. I would suggest not eating here because of the service and the potential to get sick from...
