Cashew Gai Thai food — Restaurant in Eugene

I was just passing by one day, and the sweetest boy brightened my day with his bubbly energy and happy greeting while handing me a to-go menu. As I sat in the car ready to go home, I peeked at the menu where the pad sew ewe caught my eye (great with extra veggies). I got back out of the car to give the kid worker my order, and his customer service was top notch even while wearing a mask. They have three sauce options that he kindly repeated a few times. Ordering the spring rolls was a great idea due to the low cost and amount of yummy food you get.

I’ve gone back to this spot tons of times and have always received consistent positivity, kindness, and deliciousness. Awesome Thai!!! The food was as good, if not better than TaRaRin, except the price was so much more reasonable. This is my new hot spot!!

I ordered the Pad Thai, Spring Rolls with a sweet and spicy plum sauce, as well as the soup Tom Kah Gai. WOW, that soup... Spicy, packed with delicious flavor. Prefect for either a cold or warm night. I would purchase it if I were sick and wanting to feel that nourishing of a homemade soup. It was full of veggies, chicken, lemongrass, and the broth is a slightly red, light coconut milk base with a lovely heat to it.

Pad Thai was delicious and the portion was large enough for a real meal! 😍 The spring rolls were perfectly crispy, not overly oily, and flavorful.

I can tell this team really cares about their food. Thank you for putting out such great quality at reasonable prices. I'll be back again...

So I’ve actually been ordering from here for over 6 months. I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu, and my family loves it as well. I’m Japanese, so many of the flavors are in close proximity to flavors my family uses, while also introducing so many new flavors. I’m not kidding when I say I’ve eaten at every Thai place in the area, multiple times- being that Thai food is my favorite. This is by far, my favorite place to eat. The portions are great, prices are affordable- and honestly the flavors are just unmatched.
