Grace the manager has a rude way of speaking to people being quick with her words and sharp with her tone.... called to check if my order went through properly and a guy answered clearly not knowing diddly squat. Asked if my order made it through and it went dead silent for almost 2 minutes finally he comes back and says yes, so I ask did the extra sauce go through to? (Sometimes I forget but as a manager of papajohns I know that this is an easy fix if I did or not) he asks me to hold and is gone for another 2-3 minutes and states I ordered no sauce at all so I try to explain it was supposed to have extra parmesan sauce, he asks me to hold again and another 2-3 minutes before grace picked up (not even knowing what it was I was asking and didn't bother to ask what was going on) and said " the pizza is already in the oven there is nothing we can do sorry" in a sharp tone......ummm excuse me?? I'll void my whole order out and re-do the whole process on you.......after a second I said it was supposed to have extra parmesan sauce not no sauce at all and she said "oh yeah it does k thanks bye bye" and hung up faster than I could even process what she just said. Wont be coming here again that's for sure. ........ I provided a picture below of my extra sauce philly steak and ham pizza.....again, I'm a manager at papajohns and we would never send something...
Read moreI order from here about once every month or two. They always delivered great food. However, tonight was the 2nd time I have experienced a mistake with my order. The 1st time I only got 1 of the 2 sauce cups I ordered, to which they gave me a credit PLUS a free cheesy bread credit for my next order. I appreciated that & the multiple apologies. Tonight, I spoke to Sarah & her Assistant Manager & neither of them apologized for forgetting both the sauce cups I ordered. She offered to have someone delieverd them, but I didn't see the point as I had already take 10 minutes to double check my order & find out what location it came from. My food was cold, so why would I wait another 15 minutes for my sauce cups? I asked for a credit on my account instead & she so rudely said, "yep!!" And it went silent for awhile until her assistant manager came on. I explained the situation to him & how her solution doesn't help me tonight & I'd prefer a credit. He also, so rudely said, "yep!!" So I confirmed that there would be 2 sauce cups credited to my account when I called in next & he just said, "yep!!" I said thanks & he hung up. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced & I seriously will consider this bad taste in my mouth before ordering from this...

It was a 50% off all pizzas (online orders only) I couldn't figure out how to specialize my pizza- half cheeseburger and half Hawaiian. Called to see if I could indeed create half and half pizzas and if so; does the 50% work for these pizzas. I was told yes, but couldn't figure out how to do it. I asked if I could be instructed how to do it or just place my order over the phone if they couldn't figure out themselves how to make such a pizza. I was told- "no" there is no way to get the discount if you don't place it yourself online. I said; "I have no problem placing it online- I just need to know how. I finally asked for a manager. He basically knew nothing about the website and could not guide me through the task. Wow... He finally said: This almost never happens, but I will take your order over the phone.
