This review comes from not one bad experience rather several.
My significant other and I have tried to order from the lani moku food truck on several occasions. The first few times there were technical issues with the no contact ordering and we were offered no solutions from the staff even after trying to order on multiple devices. We gave up for a few months out of sheer inconvenience when a friend came into town. Said friend ordered from the food truck and we tried some pork. Food was okay enough to consider again and give another chance. Tonight my partner and I started our order through their app. Worked fine until we got to the tip and cash out page. After 15 minutes of watching the page process bring us back to the previous page we decided to give up and eat elsewhere. While enjoying dinner at a different place we notice a charge for lani moku on our bank account. We called and explained the situation and the woman who answered was curt and gave us a whole "there's nothing we can do" speech. I'd understand if we were in any way notified that the order went through. However no texts, calls or even emails to notify us. We ended up having to pay $15 for an order we weren't even aware as being valid.
In short, the food is alright, but not good enough to outweigh the inconvenience and poor customer service. It really is too bad as we like to support local businesses and leave good reviews. We will not be bringing our...

I've always had a great experience dining at the Springfield location, but sadly will not be returning to the one in Eugene.
An employee there (short pink hair & heavy eye makeup) is extremely rude. On my first visit she snipped at me as if I was in the way when I was walking up to order. I figured she was just having a bad day, but the next time, she outright refused to make the order I've enjoyed over a dozen times - from both locations. She made up ridiculous excuses for why my order was not possible. First she claimed the sauce on the side would "melt the plastic cup." False. When I requested the sauce on top, she argued it was against the "rules." When I pressed further, explaining this was the same order I get every time, she finally retorted that "we only do that when we're not busy."
I left empty handed. Reached out to management, with no response. Really sad because I've always loved supporting Lani Moku, especially with their charitable giving campaigns, but if this is how I'm going to be treated I'll just eat at home and donate to...
Read moreThis review is from several times going here and not having good experiences. The server didn't bring us everything we ordered. Then the garlic chicken was over cooked compared to how it usually is and the spicy chicken was quite dry.
Second bad experience here was when we ordered to go, after picking up our food we arrived home and opened the containers and the containers have half a scoop of mac salad, more than half the noodles are dry and over done and about 5 pieces of chicken. This isnt ok when your paying $10 for a plate. I can go to Hawaiian time and get more food for less money and way better food and service.
Tried calling them but kept getting put on hold and then they would hang up while I'm on hold still. Was trying to see if our food could be replaced or at least let them know but couldnt even speak with someone.
And the other times were just the same, the public house lani moku is a no go. Maybe the beer garden one is better.
I recommend that you stay away from here. Bad service and food. I will not support my local stores if they have...
