This place is so cozy, it happens to be a block from my house, I decided to stop In on what ended up being their opening day. It's owned by two friends, one has a passion for coffee, the other is an entrepreneur. Hands down, best mocha I've had, perfect temperature and bitterness/sweetness. They are very friendly and are always playing mellow jazz or other chill music. There are couches and a few nice tables and chairs. Would definitely recommend this place and I'll be stopping in for a drink whenever I need a comfy place to write and drink excellent coffee.

The food is bomb and very affordable. As you can see, the portions are generous. The americano I had was delicious, too - the espresso was light and tasty, not too bitter and overwrought like some other establishments. It was cozy and I liked hanging out. My one disappointment was being served plastic utensils with my breakfast, as I was dining in. I'll definitely be going back often, but will probably say no-thanks to utensils in the future.

What a warm and inviting local café! I recently moved to a different part of Eugene, and this will 100% be a frequent nearby stop from now on :) I ordered a champurrado, which I'd never heard of, and the staff kindly explained that it's a thicker hot chocolate-all I needed to hear 😁 Added a shot, and ordered a pastry that was delivered to me nice and warm! 10/10 experience, and I'll definitely be ordering more champurrados in the future! 🥰

This place (used to) has amazing food at a great price. The atmosphere is comfy and there are plenty of outlets for laptop charging.

I'm also very annoyed on behalf of Mi Cafe. It's amazing and wonderful, with a great atmosphere, but people keep BREAKING IN and STEALING THINGS making them need to constantly close and try to rebuild. There was a kitchen in the back but now I see them frantically making food up front with a panini press and air fryer. There used to be (and maybe still is and I didn't see it) a Mexican menu, but it's been replaced (maybe?) with American things like biscuits and gravy. I feel like this is simply due to them being easier to make now that the kitchen is (maybe?) gone. They have been broken into atleast twice since opening. The food has slowly gone downhill and the staff are still friendly, but feel overworked and on edge now.

I want to keep coming here. I want them to be able to rebuild and return back to their former glory. But we need to be patient and hope that they rebuild rather than close down after the potentially next break in.

Five stars from last spring, 2023. Three stars from now,...

We were excited for coffee and breakfast at Mi Cafe, and very disappointed when we were told they don’t serve breakfast Friday-Sunday because they sell street tacos starting at 11:00😳😳😳Who does that? Their website shows all this amazing breakfast food, which gets scrapped on the weekends for street tacos??? Also, it’s very unprofessional not to advertise this. We did enjoy our coffee, and have nothing against street tacos, but we were so disappointed we probably won’t return. I received a reply from the owner saying I must have been mistaken and the staff person only said they wouldn’t be serving Spanish omelets. That is absolutely false. Not only did she tell me they didn’t serve breakfast on the days they served tacos, she told the family that was behind me whose two children were very disappointed. I’m just sorry the owner didn’t believe me because he is going to lose a lot of business when this staff continues to say they aren’t...

food was terrible, ordered a caprese toast and the avocado spread tastes like it’s weeks-old and it’s very watery and mushy. the toast is dry and tasteless. coffee is just ok, not terrible but not great either. wanted to go back to ask for a refund but the place didn’t give me the vibe that they do that there so not worth my time. the person that took my order gave mean girl vibes and talked to me like I was stupid for wanting an add-on. i could have made a better avocado toast at home for less than half the price, definitely not worth it, way too overpriced. never written a review for a place before but the quality of the place is that bad that...
