I have being getting my vente oat vanilla latte most. Morning 7 days a week for a quiet some time. I feel bad that I have to produce so much garbage by getting a cup everyday, so I ask for no sleeve on my cup. The first time I had a bad experience is on 2/7/ at 6am, when a heave set lady making coffe was ask if she could remove the sleeve and she treat it me like a child and said “take it off” with a very passive aggressive smile, and now today 2/8 I asked the cashier for no sleeve and when I ask to get removed and told “I don’t want to touch this cause I came from outside”, he said “oh I don’t care”. Now it may not seem like a big deal, but I work in the food industry and I would hope that this people making my coffe have and understanding of food safety and feel that they we’re missing the point that I did not want to just remove the stupid sleeve for cleanliness and food safety protocols! Read moreThe guy who took my order was very confusing. He didn't make eye contact with me so I didn't know if he was taking my order or someone else's. He just looked straight outside and told me he can take whoever's next. The drink wasn't as good as I remembered it to taste (a caramel frap), and the girl sloppily made it and didn't clean off the cup that was overfilled so it dripped on my shirt and stained it. She also seemed like she was in a bad mood and it wasn't a very warming energy from anyone in that place. However it's a large chain coffee place so how high of a standard will I really hold for them? Dutch brothers is always better quality, variety, and customer service wise.
