Starbucks — Restaurant in Eugene

I have being getting my vente oat vanilla latte most. Morning 7 days a week for a quiet some time. I feel bad that I have to produce so much garbage by getting a cup everyday, so I ask for no sleeve on my cup. The first time I had a bad experience is on 2/7/ at 6am, when a heave set lady making coffe was ask if she could remove the sleeve and she treat it me like a child and said “take it off” with a very passive aggressive smile, and now today 2/8 I asked the cashier for no sleeve and when I ask to get removed and told “I don’t want to touch this cause I came from outside”, he said “oh I don’t care”. Now it may not seem like a big deal, but I work in the food industry and I would hope that this people making my coffe have and understanding of food safety and feel that they we’re missing the point that I did not want to just remove the stupid sleeve for cleanliness and food safety protocols! Horrible if I could give minus points I would.. Received the absolute worst customer service here I was splashed with boiling milk by a barista as she purposely slammed a hot milk container down on the counter 1 year ago The mgt accused me of being the issue because I requested additional foam? They seemed to think that's over the top to want a dry capp I reported the barista immediately regional mgr who was nice but ineffective The store manager not realizing I was in the restroom began bashing me for reporting them My husband was with me as well The barista had been highly rude to me on previous visits but I went back . It was convenient but no more I called corporate and never heard back I spent way too much money at Starbucks over the years No longer buy their coffee Human Being...

The guy who took my order was very confusing. He didn't make eye contact with me so I didn't know if he was taking my order or someone else's. He just looked straight outside and told me he can take whoever's next. The drink wasn't as good as I remembered it to taste (a caramel frap), and the girl sloppily made it and didn't clean off the cup that was overfilled so it dripped on my shirt and stained it. She also seemed like she was in a bad mood and it wasn't a very warming energy from anyone in that place. However it's a large chain coffee place so how high of a standard will I really hold for them? Dutch brothers is always better quality, variety, and customer service wise. This Starbucks is pretty mediocre. Not bad but not great...
