October 13th at about 9:30am I went to this Taco Bell To pick up my doordash order and no one came to the drive-through so I pulled around to try to go inside and the door was locked and it said they opened up at 9:00 a.m. So then I contacted the customer and I was in the process of contacting doordash to let them know, When a female came to the door to let me know they were not open, She had the most God-awful attitude she was insanely rude to me... I even tried to ask her if they were closed how did they confirm the customer's order and all she did was continue to get more frustrated and pretty much talk to me like I was a dog,I will be reporting this the main office, There was absolutely no reason for her to talk to me that way because of the issues that she was having totally unacceptable and people like her do not even need to have a job! I really wish I could have got her name..

They don’t listen I ask for no sour cream,they put it anyway
On my Tacos and my burritos My fiancée shell was soggy and they forgot soft taco all together,and one drink was about 2 inches from the top… This place is horrible can they not get a grip on it…Get new management of something,I will definitely spread the word on Facebook,the next door app and whatever social media I have to,to keep as many people from going to this place as possible, 6-24-24, I had to update this, because this Taco Bell needs new management or something! I went in there close to 12 PM, it was not busy at all, but there were employees arguing with each other, and I couldn’t get help picking up my order, and there were two older gentlemen in there, trying to order and they did not know how to do the kiosk so they ask and people would not take their order at the counter, so they had to end up walking out! This taco Bell needs employees that care about people, they need a manager that will enforce certain rules,

I went inside to order from the self-order screens because I like to customize my food and it’s easier for me to submit it electronically and know it’ll come across correct to the employees than hope all the info makes it through the drive-thru speaker. Someone else ordered after me. They got their order before me. I waited THIRTY minutes in this Taco Bell for my food. THIRTY. That’s INSANE. And halfway through this time one of the employees is telling the customer before me that they don’t have the ingredients needed for the Mexican Pizza but that customer had no idea what he was talking about because she didn’t order a Mexican Pizza. I had to come over and say “that was me.” Just completely disorganized, especially since we were the only two customers in the store at the time. Then the other customer asked for utensils and the manager came over and said very sheepishly and awkwardly told this story about how someone had come into the Taco Bell and dumped all the utensils on the floor so he didn’t have any, which I found hard to believe. Not even any in the back? By the time I got my food I had to ask for a missing drink cup. There was no ice in the soda fountain. I had to go back to the counter to ask for ice. The manager again was like 🤷🏻 “I’ll try to figure out what’s going on with that.” I went to get my two sodas. I have a hunch the order is wrong so I check the bag. Sure enough, one taco is made incorrectly and I’m completely missing a quesadilla. I have to go back to the counter AGAIN to ask for the quesadilla. I don’t even bother with the taco. I have frozen groceries in the car and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. FAST. I get the quesadilla. I get to the car. I start driving away. I realize both the sodas I have just gotten out of the machine are completely flat. Just syrup, no carbonation. There’s no reason a visit to a Taco Bell should pmo this much, but...
Read morePLEASE READ ALL. I was over charged by adding a donation I did NOT approved of. On my way home I thought the amount they charged me was odd so I pulled over to review my receipt. I drove back through the drive through and asked for an explanation, if they are doing that to everyone driving through without asking and hopping customers don’t notice, IT IS ROBERY AND IT ADDS UP! When I asked for my receipt back they told me to move, I told them I didn’t mind waiting, THEY THREATENED to call the police on me, I replied all I wanted was my receipt back. They said they had already thrown it in the trash and closed the window on me and pretended to call someone for a while. I told them I could have been long gone if they had just returned my receipt . After watching other customers starting to leave they handed me the receipt but had already cut the top portion of the survey off. They saw me take a picture of it before handing it to them, I just wanted the hard copy just in case the picture didn’t save, It did. They are STEALING money from people that don’t pay attention to their charge. I wonder how many people they have taken money from and how much they have taken. If you are reading this, don’t go there, it’s not worth it. I live near by and had stopped there many times for a quick dinner when in a budget. This is the third time I caught them over charging me one way or another and they apologized and offered me an extra drink.
