Something has been messed up with my drive thru order MORE time than it’s been correct. I have used this location out of convenience, but I will be driving out of my way to use another location nearby instead. This location is very busy, and the drive thru lines are long. My review is of the Euless location drive thru accuracy and customer service at window ONLY. I have small children so getting in and out of restaurants is challenging, so drive thru is very convenient for us. My orders aren’t complicated- once I ordered 2 sides of fruit, and just didn’t get any at all. I ordered two chicken biscuits, they only gave us one. I asked for an extra straw, we get none. Chocolate milk for kids meal, didn’t get anything, no juice, no milk, nothing to drink for kids. Today was the last straw, I waited in a long drive thru, there was no one inside. I had to remind them I needed my order of orange juice and then had to pull forward for my coffee. I waited 5 minutes for a plain coffee without explanation- were they brewing more? Many more cars were served while I waited. Then it arrives and it was black. I had requested sugar and cream. I couldn’t drink it, and I couldn’t go back because of the inconvenience of all of it (read: small children and long lines) While I don’t expect this, many locations offer a coupon when you’ve been made to wait additionally or if they get your order wrong (because Chick FilA is known for its high standards of customer service), but not here, not for me at least. Now, if there’s been an error and we are able to go back inside, they have happily corrected it, but again that’s inconvenient (and I wouldn’t mind doing it occasionally- and wouldn’t be writing this review at all if that were the case, but unfortunately here it’s not...)I realize these things are small and silly, but I don’t trust that they are going to get my order right and that’s obnoxious when there are other locations to choose from and they get the order right the first time. We are all human and make mistakes, but this is almost every single time I’ve come to this location. Lastly, this is trivial, but at other locations they say my pleasure and serve with a smile, but I do not get this same customer service at this drive thru- today my requests are treated as an annoyance and there is no “my pleasure” or smile. They just seem frazzled. I have only come in morning for breakfast and lunches. When they get the order right, the food is fine- just like any other ChickFilA. Just give yourself a good 30 minutes to get your order from drive thru and that includes the time it will take to park and go back inside to have it fixed... or don’t pull forward until you double check...
Read moreThe workers here are completely out of touch. I placed an order at 10:23am. Although it was still breakfast time, the cashier accepted and placed my order for a spicy chicken sandwich. Just a sandwich! Nothing else.
10:35a rolls around and I ask one of the food runners, “hey I placed an order almost 15min ago, what’s going on?” He said that they are transitioning from breakfast to lunch, so it should be only a couple minutes. Understandable, so I waited.
In the next 10 minutes, I see people who placed their lunch orders right after mine, receive their order. The same food runner comes up to me and asks for my name, and then just walks to the back. One employee there was able to finish their lunch meal in the dining room before I was able to walk out the door with my order!
I wait in line to speak to someone, as I get to the front my order is called. It is 10:52am at this time and I immediately ask to speak to a supervisor. The lady there gave an unacceptable apology. I asked her “my order was placed at 10:23am and it’s 10:52am now, what happened to my order?” Her response: “oh we were transitioning from serving breakfast to lunch, that’s why your order took a while, we’re sorry”. I said: “that doesn’t make sense, other people have received their lunch orders before I received my spicy chicken sandwich” Her response: “well we were out of spicy chicken so it took a while to make it” I asked: “why did no one tell me you were out of spicy chicken fillets??” Her response: “well I didn’t know either until now, someone should have said something” End of conversation.
Completely unacceptable excuse. This...
Read moreI’ve just recently started coming to this location and it’s just not up to usual chick fil a standards. Most locations run like a machine. People moving quickly. Handling typical cfa crowds. Acknowledging you in extremely busy moments at the very least. Just not the way this location works. I’ve never in 20 years of coming to cfa seen slower moving lines. Or employees less happy about their jobs. Especially at busy times. They seem frustrated and bothered if you walk in at those moments. Which is probably a product of not feeling supported by enough help or management. I happened to be here the other day at what would typically be a slower time and it was still chaotic and very slow to be helped. At this time a few of what appeared to be corporate employees showed up unannounced and all hell broke loose. Trying to clean up messes. Getting people to work and being friendly. one of the ladies who was supposed to be running a register was sitting at a table in the dining room. What appeared to be a manager off the clock got out of line, she was waiting also, and grabbed her to put her to work. The area by the napkins and condiments is usually empty and a complete mess. One of those corporate employees went to get a straw and stopped in his tracks when he saw the mess in that area and had to clean it up himself. I am at this location at the moment and there are probably 40 people in line. When I got there earlier there were 5 or 6 people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to order. Cannot imagine how long it will take for 30-40 people. Just very...
