It took about an hour to get my food... I know Whataburger is busy and it takes time to get food from there so I expected to be in drive-through for about 30 minutes, which I was in drive-through for about 40 minutes and that’s fine. I told the guy my order about three times before he told me my total and asked me to proceed forward; I go to pay and the lady repeats my order to me about 2 times. Then she comes back with my drink and asks me what my order was again... then she comes back a few mins later with my bag and I left. I get home to see that they completely gave me someone else’s food. At first I thought whatever they’re busy I’ll just eat it but one of the burgers had bacon(which I don’t eat) so I had to call them and ask to just give me a part of my order. I explained that I ordered a sandwich and a kids meal and they gave me a sandwich(the wrong one) and a burger. To make it easier, I just wanted to give the burger back and just get the kids meal I ordered. I went in and they told me I had to wait, obviously(although I called ahead of time and told them I was on the way). I waited for about 5 mins and it wasn’t ready, so I said all I want is the chicken strips, you don’t give me the drink or the fries. So she asked me how many, I said 3. About 5 mins later they had chicken bites ready and asked me if it was chicken bites that I had ordered, I said no it was 3 chicken strips. So they took it back, and I said well it’s fine just give me the chicken bites. I get home and my bag has 4 chicken bites, all of them together are about the size of 1.25 chicken strips. I thought they would give me the standard chicken bites that a meal comes with which I think is like 8. Also there were about 9 people working back there, and there was barely enough space to fit everyone. Also want to mention that no one working was rude they were just slow and are not very good at their job. Read moreI was astonished as to how horribly bad this place has gone down. I called in an order. Went it to pick it up after the guy at the register greeted me and told me it would be out soon he headed for the bathroom or possibly a long break, he disappeared. By then there was a lady waiting along with another person that came in and there was no one up front to acknowledge them. It took a while to get my order and after checking to make sure all was in the bag I noticed missing onion rings. Finally that guy shows up yet does not go to the front he was disinfecting or lotioning his hands. Another employee couldn't wait on them since I guess he had no access to the register yet still did not great the 2 customers at the front when he walked up there. That same guy asked the one that finally came out of the bathroom or break if he made the mess with the catsup on the floor behind the register. He said yes I accidentally stepped on it so the other guy said dude you need to clean up the mess..still no one greeted the customers in line. I finally got my onion rings and was glad to leave. Prior to that while I waited there was a girl running the back window as efficiently as she could yet they were backed up possibly manager or assistant mgr. One of the female employees walked around the kitchen ike she had nothing better to do made several circles back there looking down she had to be directed by the girl running the window to please assist. A very disorganized and badly managed bywho ever is in charge. There is no reason for a place of business to be so horribly run. Read moreChanged my order with out letting me know, then refused to fix it. Gave $10 cash, and used a reward and was charged the total amount still, meaning my cash was pocketed. I was not given a receipt so I was unaware until charges showed in my account. Messaged corporate and was offered a 'meal' by store manager, I wanted a refund as the food was not only incorrect but old and under temp leading me to go to the Dr's office that afternoon and coming out with food poisoning. Nicole Pyne is super unprofessional and I have no clue how she is even in her position. Proceeded to ask me for a receipt when clearly in my complaint I stated I did not get one and window was closed in my face.. instead of doing her due diligence and looking for my order/transaction on the date/time of my visit wants to do things the hard way so I will be pushing to get this location thoroughly investigated but every department I am aware of as well as consulting with my attorney to start a case due to food poisoning. As i was a restaurant manager in the past I know that she is making things more difficult by demanding a receipt I've stated numerous times was not given instead of searching the order as corporate said could be done or cutting me a check/refunding my money. The only things I have to show are my bank statement and my app for charges. I wish I had more but with the crooks and lack of professionalism at the store I do not. I guess next time I should park and go inside and chose violence since the drive thru is allowed to just close the window in your face and start laughing it off...
