I be trying so hard to support y’all. Local pizzeria and NY style, but every visit it’s something. First, the cooks should be trained on how to cook the pizza so it the crust is can hold up the weight of the ingredients. Every time it’s soupy af. This time I’m given my pizza and I get home to see… it’s not my pizza. I go back and I’m given the right one, but it’s ridiculous having to go home and check to see I’m given the wrong order and then having to go all the way back. Stuff like that happens but please continue to train your cooks on how to ensure the quality of the pizza is up to typical standards. Why do all the ingredients fall off the slice like soup????? That’s not how pizza is supposed to be, yet every time I order that’s what I get. I’m gonna keep supporting but please please make it easier on me. I’d much rather buy from y’all than dominos or pizza hut. (Born & raised on NY pizza and have trained cooks on how to make pizza.)

Highly disappointed. Ordered from Uber Eats. Order an XL Margarita Pizza, Tiramisu and two sprites. The only thing I’m not disappointed about is the two bottles of sprite. The pizza taste awful, not going to eat it. Tiramisu was about $7 for the tiny little cup of tiramisu you can buy from Walmart for $2.98. Nothing special at all. I won’t be eating any of this, and will avoid ordering again. Response to owner reply: Regarding the accusations of the Uber driver, I highly doubt it was their idea to throw raw salad tomatoes on a margarita pizza and cover it in whatever that is basil? I also doubt their driving skills had anything to do with the TASTE of the pizza. The sauce, the cheese, the entire pizza. Regarding inflated pricing on Uber, why? I am already paying for delivery service and other fees through Uber. Why do you need to inflate your pricing on each food item? Why not just charge a higher delivery fee?

Decided to try another pizza place in Texas and was let down yet again. Texans do not know how to do pizza at all. They literally call this a deep dish when it's 2 in of crust and a tiny bit of toppings on top. A deep dish is exactly the opposite of that.... The dining room is quaint and what you would expect of a pizza place and the lady at The counter was very nice. I may give it another try later and get the regular thin crust, but this by far is one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The crust was so hard on the bottom.... I almost needed a chainsaw... I got a to-go box to take it home and scrape the toppings off and try to salvage it somehow because it's pretty expensive. Based on this one pizza I gave it a 1 out of 10....but we'll try again later

The pizza is def a 4-5star, we love it! But truthfully the service is a 1-2 star. It’s consistently bad service; the staff is rude (unless you eat there where they wait on you). The past three times we have ordered pizza it’s been horrible service. We keep saying we are going to give them another shot because we want to support local but this last time was the worst. I ordered the pizza and spoke with Michael over the phone to make the order. We went 25mins later to pick it up and they said there was no order for us. Then their story proceeded to change that there were two different orders under my name maybe someone else picked it up. That wasn’t the case. Never apologized once or admitted to making a mistake with our order. While we waited for our pizza the rude lady that worked there argued with another man about her not wearing her mask properly Bc he asked her to cover her nose. Yes the worker that was working with our food! She told him she worked at Texas health (obviously giving them a bad name Bc she wasn’t wearing her mask properly) the guy had simply asked her to cover her nose! She was so rude! As we continued to keep waiting for the pizza another man came in to pick up his order and they didn’t have his either. Never apologized to him either. He had a much larger order than ours (we only had a single topping pizza) he got allll his food before we did. My husband was super nice and calm about the whole thing and never once did they apologize. We love yalls pizza but we are done dealing with the inconsistency in service and the treatment of your customers. It’s sad Bc while we were waiting for our pizza a 3rd man came in and as he waited for his order (that y’all had made a mistake on) y’all told him covid had really hurt your business. Your service is what has hurt your business. Your pizza is wonderful but your staff needs some additional...

If I could give zero stars I would. This evening I visited this establishment to buy an XL Pepperoni Pizza because my son’s school purchases from them frequently. I can tell you as an African American , we are not welcomed in their restaurant. The looks I received when visiting was appalling! Not to mention the pizza tasted awful! When I returned to request a refund there was a middle aged lady at the register: She was unpleasant and not happy I was requesting a refund . She asked why I wanted a refund, and when I told her why.. she responded’ Well we’ve NEVER been told that. I politely respond” Well that’s my opinion. She went into the register to get my refund. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything . These type of establishments that employ these type of individuals should be called out, and I’m here for it.

Response to Owner : Reviews are available to respond to business like yours that drop the ball in providing excellent customer service. Perhaps instead of researching previous reviews made to other businesses lacking professionalism, you should spend and invest what it takes to right a wrong! I’m not at all surprised by your so called response. In regards to character, you apparently were the rude individual at the register I was referring to. I don’t expect you to say you’re discriminating, just know that is ABSOLUTELY the service you provided.

When a paying customer Black or White has an issue with their food be polite, treat them the same, and try to make it...

The food was very good, but that was the only bright point. We went with a group of 13. When we entered, there was one other table with 2 people in it. The food took 30 minutes to arrive for all but one of us. The waitress was immediately told that we were still waiting for that one dish and she said she would check into it. We then had no less than 3 wait staff come by our and stare down our table scanning the dishes, seemingly to make sure we hadn't misplaced that plate. As everyone else was finishing their food, the person who still didn't have her meal asked for it to be sent to her packed up to bring home since she wouldn't want to eat while the rest of us sat and watched. The waitress instead finally brought the food in a plate to be eaten at the restaurant. We asked her to pack it up. It came back in a to go plate without a cover. We asked to get the meal comped and when the server came back from talking to the manager, we were told that the manager was busy and we would need to go talk to her at the counter after we got our check. Once at the counter the manager apologized for nothing, acted like we were being ridiculous and only kept saying she would comp the meal if we "were going to complain about it." We left very disappointed and will...
