Disco's Grill — Restaurant in Eureka Springs

I was lucky enough to attend the grand opening of Disco's Grill; it was cold, windy, and still damp from the previous weeks rain. I sauntered up to the window and was immediately met with wide bright smile that let me know immediately that I had come to the right place. Having the tick born meat allergy I am always on edge ordering someplace new but those worries were quickly quashed by the curator of this temple erected to gastronomy as they showed me several meatless options and the literal pan that no meat shall touch, sequestered the soul purpose of keeping me healthy. I ordered the Terry's Beet Ruban and let me tell y'all-I think I know how Pope Sixtus IV felt as he beheld the Sistine Chapel for the first time. The grandiose combination of flavor these gentlemen produce for us out the window of a food truck has had me reminiscent of that darn Terry's Beet Ruban every moment I haven't had it in my hands. Everything is fire. The John Deere green chile burger was one of the best I've ever had anywhere. The patties were nice and crispy on the outside, but soft in the middle and the cheese really melted it all together. The fries and cheese sauce were to die for, as was the falafel. The Papa Legba Cheesesteak was delicious and loaded with toppings, with the perfect consumme to dip it in.

The service is fast and courteous, and borders on a comedy performance if you listen to the two of them hamming it up while you wait. This is some of the best food in Northwest arkansas, and definitely top tier in Eureka.

OMG!!! This place has the BEST FOOD!!!! We stopped in here because it’s right around the corner from our apartment and we knew the food would be good when we saw them jammin out, dancing a little and putting our food together all happy but we had no idea HOW good it would be! I got the unlawful falafel sandwich and fries and my daughter got papa Legba loaded fries and let me tell you…. It was the best of both we’ve had. EVER! Like perfectly seasoned, fresh, big portions, and every single bite was delicious! Worth every penny!! They will also go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
