Holy moly! This food truck is a gem. Having eaten tacos all over California, Texas and even Mexico I like to think I’m a pretty good judge. I had the Al Pastor and it was so flavorful, but then along with ALLLLL the chilies, I’m a huge fan of pineapple and/or mango salsas. We will definitely be visiting this truck again. Stopped by the Fortuna location today for a drive by lunch and quickly discovered that we have a new favorite spot for Mexican food. Best ever!!
