They stole from me!! I was asked to leave my 9 purses and a bag of clothes because they were too busy right then. A week and a day later I had to call to inquire. I was given a very questionable offer and decided to come pick up my belongings. To my dismay, my items were repacked and tied off in a black trash bag. I took it home trusting it was there and left on our trip. Upon our return I decided to look through the bag. Not only did they keep 3 purses, all but 1 of the dust covers as well and were 7. Furthermore I had all the bags stuffed to keep their shape. An entire bag of the packing was stuffed in another bag inside the bag, yet the purses returned still full. ??? This type of dishonest behavior is unacceptable!! I am going to file a report and make sure that people are aware of their shady ways!!! They know what they have done and have still not chosen to make it right. I have to include that I accepted a small amount of money for a few items not knowing what was no longer...

I used to go to this business frequently, after my experience today I will most certainly not be back. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. They are generally a little snotty when I’m dropping off goods, I ignored this until my experience today. The woman who took my goods from me had an attitude and a preconceived notion that I was trying to bring in more than what is allowed, and continued to berate me in front of other customers and my child. After leaving I decided I would have to say something about the interaction. I’m my return I find this is the owner and when I asked why she thought it was ok to treat customers this way, the woman stated she’s been in business for 35 years so she doesn’t need good customer service skills. I have been shopping and donating here for over 20 years. I love that they are picky about what they take in. I have been working with Jackie and Dave the owners for the past few years, in one way or another helping women and children in our community. We now have a fund set up at Lots 4 Tots, called Women and Children. If you choose to donate your credit to the Women and Children's Fund, your credit allows families who are in need to go in and get a pair of pants, shoes, school outfit, baby clothes or an outfit for a job interview. A service providers fills out an application and based on need and availability of funds, families are sent to Lot's 4 Tots to purchase needed items.
