This is honestly the best place ive ever eaten. before we even got to the counter, our server was very kind and ready for orders. he listened to our orders, open to any questions about the food. when we were brought our food, he gave us the food with a big smile. The food was amazing. I got 3 carne asada specialty tacos and they were honestly the best tacos ive ever had. the art all around the walls was abstract, beautiful, and wonderful. it was great taking in all of the peices of the painting. after done with our food, my family and I decided that we should get a dessert. we asked for a churro and he told us that they dont have them, but something better. we paid for ONE of this mystery dessert and five minutes later, he brought out 2 mini cheesecakes. these tasted great. he bought one of the cakes for us as a thanks for our 30% tip. one of the best experiences while getting food and made us feel great after the terrible service we had the...

Every dish we tried was very good. Good flavors and pretty on the plate as well! The gentleman at the register was very patient while we mulled over the menu options, he made some good recommendations as to what’s popular. We will definitely be back in the near future! The menu has a great variety of foods to choose from. Our food was ready in record time!

A lot of restaurants seem to be moving away from complimentary chips and salsa, I was kind of bummed to see they were not included with purchase, but they were available to purchase. I also didn’t see a kids menu, which means we brought home leftovers for lunch. I didn’t ask if they had kid sized portions so it’s possible they were able to accommodate, but I didn’t think to ask.

We basically did a search for Mexican food as we entered Eureka on a road trip down the California coast and when we stopped at their perfectly located restaurant in the historic District of Eureka across from Starbucks we were very impressed with their giant burritos. We both ordered breakfast burritos and they were packed with steak eggs potatoes in their own special hot sauce which I have to say the Verde sauce is the best I’ve ever had.
