4th Street Mercantile — Local services in Eureka

A little bit of everything at this store. 8000 sq feet of space, I forgot how many artists the gal said but there is a lot! Great for getting gifts for anyone or just a little retail therapy for yourself. We’re talking new, collectibles, crafts, photography, paintings and even jewelry to name a few. I picked up some cute cards because I like to keep the old ways alive and two small dishes that worked perfectly for my salt & pepper mills. I had a bit of an asthma attack due to the Sentsy wax or whatever they were using to put pleasing scents in the store, so be aware sensitive folks. Today was the first day I actually went into this store (as opposed to just admiring everything from the outside), and I am so so SO glad I did. Not only did they have so many amazing things to look at, but the staff was so kind and helpful. I literally just love everything about this store and I wish I was able to put it into words. ALSO! everything in this store was genuinely priced so reasonably, and not as expensive as I was anticipating (for it being a store full of vintage items that typically get marked up like crazy). I have been going to this store since they first opened and truly enjoy browsing all the vendors. I believe they have 60+ vendors currently. It is clean and neat and absolutely the loveliest vendor mall I have ever visited and I visited a lot of them in several states. It is not a thrift store as it states on Google. It has everything from brand new to vintage to handcrafted. You can find just about anything you want at this store. They even have handcrafted bread that's yummy! I will be shopping here for...
