This business is owned by a local beekeeper. Many of the honey's sold here are from his personal apiary. Unlike other honey's TJ keeps his seperated by season and ensures there is nothing but clean, filtered, 100% pure honey in every drop. If you thought honey was just a golden syrup to be poured on deserts and it all tastes the same you need to stop by and try their current samples. The incredibly distinct flavors between each type of honey will surprise you and unlike wines and whiskey it's not just perceptible to the expert taster. My personal favorite is Autumn as the fruitiness relaxes the soul while exciting the taste buds. I gave them a 5 for food but they do not serve food yet, it is for the drinks. Their wide choice of mead-based drinks is impressive. They are adding new ones all the time so there is always something new and exciting. They also have a decent variety of local honey to choose from and you can take some of your favorite drinks home too. I love to go here when I have the time, they have a lot of gluten-free drinks. They have occasional parties with live music and one can even dress up for those, medieval, anime or any way you want. They are getting a special group going with exclusive events if you join.
