Burger King — Restaurant in Evans

This place has the worst service I’ve ever seen. Now I know what you’re thinking it’s fast food what did you expect? I don’t expect much and I’m still disappointed. Been here multiple times they somehow never have the promotional items that are on the board or any other items that are outside of a burger. The tipping point in question was today. I get done with a couple of errands and I want to treat my kids to some of the how to train your dragon promotional stuff that I’ve seen advertised for BK. I drive into the locations drive thru and go up and order three 8 piece meals of the how to train your dragon chicken or mozzarella fries… whichever they are. They are clearly listed on the menu. The lady takes the order and tells me to pull forward. There were 3… I wanna say people in front of me shouldn’t take that long it’s fast food. 4 people shouldn’t be that long to spit out some food and get this dumpster fire rolling right? Nope, wrong 42 minutes later we sit waiting. Finally the moment of triumph I get up and I’m ready to pay. The lady recites back that I ordered 8 of the promotional whoppers… what??? I ordered 3 of the 8 piece how to train your dragon mozzarella or chicken sticks. I’m pretty sure it was communicated pretty clearly. She gets frustrated and storms off and another lady I assume the manager comes over and asks what I order I tell her. She proceeds to tell me they don’t have that even tho it’s clearly on the damn board for ordering. Fine no problem don’t pay go down the road to get some Chick-fil-A. Problem solved. Later on down today we are having a lazy day and want to order from the BK app to get this promo stuff just to try it. We didn’t think that we were gonna get this dumpster fire providing for us again. We order just for the same scenario to happen again except our poor delivery driver has to deal with it this time. How do you not have it when 5 minutes down the road near I 20 the other Burger King has 0 problems giving us these orders. Regardless to say no one should come to this rolling crap can of an establishment. Save yourself 45 plus minutes of turmoil by driving 10 minutes max down the road to the other Burger King. This place should...

I do not like giving one star reviews, but unfortunately here are the reasons that this Burger King is a disaster...

1-parking lot is a mess, you might get trapped because there is a small narrow lane for the drive-through and if you get stuck in the drive-through lane, you simply cannot get out. It also makes getting in or out of your space in any parking space nearly impossible if there is anyone going to the drive-through.

2-The woman at the window was difficult to understand and not professional. When I repeated my order because I could not understand her, she became irritated with me at window.

3- I ordered an unsweet tea, which was delivered to me with no ice and had been sitting on the counter to warm up over the last hour or two

4-When I asked for Equal or Splenda, the woman at the window had heard of neither. I am serious, she has never heard of artificial sweeteners! Think about that... you work fast food all day, but you have never heard of Equal or Splenda?? The person who hired her should be fired before her. WHY would anyone go to Burger King when there is a Chick-fil-A just down the street?

You can have a great meal with great experience and service at Chick-fil-A or a terrible meal with nightmarish and rude service at Burger King. This is one of the reasons Burger King may be going out of business one day. No quality control, terrible terrible, terrible, terrible staffing choices, and no attention to detail.

Do not waste your time coming here if it is late and you just need to grab something on your way home. Their hours are until 11, but decide to close early since they are short staffed. No one in the line to make it impossible to prepare food, but they will close at 10:30 and NOT turn off online ordering. I now have $27 tied up on my card, time wasted, and gas wasted on coming to this location. I put my order in online because I know I am pushing it on closing time, and this would have allowed them to prepare it while I was commuting there, and not pull up right at 10:45 to order. It blows my mind to accept payments if you are closed. Turn the system off. I had no assistance from the employee on how my refund would take place. Immediately called corporate, where I was told that they had to process it, and informed me that the store should have disabled online ordering for any reason upon closing. Now I have to wait days to get my money back. There are many people, that holding their money up like that could mean not being able to pick up food elsewhere. I'm thankful that is not my situation, but I have been there before and it is not a...
