Second time going to this location and the first wasn't that bad but wait was a little long. This time I went through the drive through because my 7 year old daughter who had just had surgery wanted some mashed potatoes and my 3 year old wanted chicken. We drive up to the drive through and the young lady working came on and was extremely short and rude in her attitude to begin with as she started by saying "what can I get you" I started the order with ordering mashed potatoes and before I could get anything else out the young lady in the drive through came back and said rudely, "Thats all" I was like mam are you in a hurry? She then replied with "is that all". Instead of being disrespectful, my wife tells me to just go inside and order and maybe it will be better. I get inside to order and asked the lady ringing me up who was working the drive through and she informed me that the lady behind her was. The lady ringing me up automatically stated are you the gentleman who was just at the drive through, I stated yes mam and I don't see how it's ok to have any customer to deal with someone who speaks to paying customers that way. She then apologized for the young lady's behavior. I paid for my children's food and then asked if there was a manager on duty and they went and informed Ms. Ohsha who I guess was the manager on duty that I wanted to speak to her. Manager walked to the counter and when trying to inform her of what was going on, she cuts me off and say's sir, you were kind of rude for asking her if she was in a hurry. I stopped conversation with her at that point as I knew it wasn't going to go anywhere and asked for managment above her and she stated there was no one and that I could call the 800 number. Read more2023-12: I've ordered delivery from here several times via third party services and almost always have had an issue, ranging from items missing (packets of ketchup to a side item) to them being out of items (pot pies and sweet tea) to delivery being late causing my food to be cold. The food itself is generally good, but the consistency of items available has been disappointing.
2023-04: This was from an experience last month. Came to the restaurant to run in and get dinner for a few people. The dining room was empty but the drive thru was pretty busy. I had to wait about 15 minutes to receive my order, an 8 piece dinner with 2 sides. James, the young man at the register was very nice and apologetic about the wait, but I wasn't too concerned with that aspect because all the employees were going non-stop and obviously trying to to keep up with the orders coming in. The dining room was a bit messy and I got a sweet tea while I waited, having to tip the tea container to get my drink. Overall, the service was good, James did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was ...a fast food joint. I was glad to be taking my order to go. And the food has declined over the years, in my opinion. Our extra crispy chicken could have been "lightly crispy" chicken. So, I'm.giving 3 stars, for "it's okay".

Read moreI honestly wish I could give everything a 0. I wanted the 30.00 kfc tender and family meal. They said that I had to have the app because that’s online only, so I decided to go inside and there was no customers inside so I’m looking at the menu and the two lady’s are talking and looking at me as they are eating. I continue to look at the menu to see what I could get as a family meal, the lady who is eating says rudely “you can order at the kiosk” so I go do that. I ordered 2 of the 20.00 family meal that comes with chicken, nuggets, 4 sauces, and 2 sides. I wanted one of the 20.00 meal to have mash potatoes and gravy and the other side to be mashed potatoes, instead I don’t even get the sides I just get the fries as a side, and they don’t give you a receipt, it’s all either email or text to you, and after I’m done ordering on the kiosk, I stand and wait, and a family walks in and she has no problem ordering for them. That’s just poor customer service. When you try and call them no one will answer, the food is absolutely terrible, greasy and old, the nuggets are tough and hard to bite down on, it’s just poor all around. I even called corporate and they wanted to give me a 30.00 voucher. Absolutely not with how there good tasted and poor service. I would not recommend or order from there ever again. I would love to get my money back. That was $50.00 worth of money down the drain that I could’ve got better food and better customer service...
