Food: Pizza was great but as for the salad bar everything was wet. I was very upset knowing I payed 10$ for a salad and didn't even eat half of it. Let alone went back up to grab another definitely wasn't worth my money.
Service: Not busy and took forever for anyone to get the the trampoline area. Again I payed $10 for socks that can't be reworn their and my daughter literally got to go one round in the trampoline. Kind disappointing knowing we payed for these services and we have to wait 10min plus and by then kids loose interest. I think the trampoline part honestly needs to go. It's a money Pitt!
Atmosphere: So we're here at chuck e cheese. You would think we would meet chucke more then what we did. Let alone where was his dance moves. After seeing his performance on just a regular visit. I would definitely not be paying the money out for a birthday party package. They need to hire someone else to dress up because the performance was AWFUL. And as for the games there was a few games there that were glitching and down and that definitely took play time from our cards. Which was...
Read moreUPDATE: We returned to give this place a 2nd chance, and walked in to see a father trying to console his crying child and as I tried to figure this out, our son caught sight of the "trampline room" in the middle of it all, and THEN after reading the hand scribbled note that explained that the $30 I spent on the game card was NOT going to allow my child to go into this area, and now I was also the father trying to console his crying son. WHAT THE HECK? Chuck-E-Cheese makes kids cry unless you give them more money.
I hate giving bad reviews, but this place is the biggest money grab... (See my photo for the order of chicken wings we bought to serve 4 people).
Across Greenriver Road is a kid's pizza place with way better food, more polite and friendly workers, and less price gouging. Sad and frustrating.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The food was ok, and the atmosphere was decent. Best part is that this is a good place to let your toddlers roam freely, and some of their staff was very helpful while others acted as if we were inconvenient for them trying to clean up...
Read moreThis is a great place. It is huge compared to most Chuck E. Cheeses. There are plenty of games for everyone. Many still here that other places have removed. Token drop games are disappearing, but they've got some. Staff is friendly. I must recommend. The food is OK, but the rest is nice, and it even trampolines. Totally recommend for Families. Get the fun pass monthly if you can. The discounts on food and visits and more. Best value with the pass. Plenty of seating also. Only wish they had softer booth seats. They even have a photo booth AND a drawing (sketch) booth. Have fun! Oh yeah, I recommend going about 2.5 - 3 hours before closing to get the best experience with less people. Our child is on the autism spectrum and was treated great. We were from out of town, but were told they even have a sensory friendly time. Call them or ask about it if you have a special needs child. It might work better for you. I would suggest noise reducing headphones for those with sound issues. It is loud with all the games and when busy. Great time for our first visit....
