Starbucks — Restaurant in Evansville

I normally stop by this Starbucks in the afternoon and get a Frappuccino, and check e-mails, while passing time to go pick my wife up at the office, have done this for about 5 months since locating to Evansville from Bowling Green, the past few times I have been in this Starbucks it feels unwelcoming and on November 3rd, I came in did the usual ordering & spent ten bucks, and waited a good 20 minutes for the drink, I know Starbucks can and will always be busy but they didn't seem to busy at this time, the young lady that was making drinks switched places with the lady at drive-thru, and it was going even slower then, I got my drink after a 25 minute wait & the gal must not be trained correctly in making drinks the Frappuccino had no flavor or taste! For the people saying well why don't you make it at home, I would if I had the machine and knew the proper ingredients to use to make it, but in retrospect the lady that went from drive-thru to making drinks didn't appear to know how to make them either. They tend to move friends drinks quicker! I was really hoping I would enjoy this place, but there's to many other places I can spend money while wasting my time. I will never be back at this location. Corporate or ownership, needs to do some in story...

Great coffee and fast service. Employees are very friendly and actually give back correct change unlike a many other fast food who don't watch the change they and back and actually RIP you off. The great thing is they are actually open for business! The other Fast Food restaurants in Evansville Indiana want to lock their dinning room doors at 4pm and make it drive through only!!! That is just BAD and STUPID Business!!! They don't have to hire as many people and still make more profit because of poor pay and lack of employees. Long drive through lines, long wait times, and yet higher prices for poorly made food!!! Starbucks is not like that! Go where you don't get sick from undercooked food and sit for 40 minutes in drive through lines! The worst Starbucks in Evansville. Extremely long wait times for drinks and poor customer service. I was in the drive thru and my drink wasn’t ready. The barista with the rotting teeth had the audacity and nerve to tell me to either come inside or drive back around when it was ready. Excuse me since when was this a store policy ever at any Starbucks location.? No thank you sir or ma’am you can argue with me all you want but I am not doing that.
