Aliberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Everett

What is this mess? Horribly messed up. Food quality has gone way down the rabbit hole with this place. Very hard with bad taste. Not fresh. Can't speak a word of English. I tried to dine in but I got yelled at. I ordered a water but needed ice and I asked if its ok to get some. So then I did but then I went back up to dump it out because I put too much ice in it and she accused me of stealing coke. She screamed at the top of her lungs inside the restaurant drinks aren't free many times. I was just trying to control my ice intake because of the sensitivity of my teeth. I told her it was just water. (If I wanted coke I'll pay for it like I have always done in the past.) I asked to get my food to go after that and she's just huffing and puffing over it. Who in their right minds would ever come back to this establishment being treated like this. I'm outa here. Save your money and eat...

I heard that it was a good menu, with affordable meals, so I came in last weekend and ordered two taco salads.

I want to be fair to these struggling family owned businesses but I will just be honest.

I have never been served such a mess! The flour shell bowl tortilla were like the medium sized and barely had lips, everything was soaked and saturated with water liquid. It was as if I ordered lettuce soup. The liquid was coming out of the styrofoam, and even the sack was drenched. It was mostly wet lettuce. I have had much better at Taco Bell.

When I called to stress my concerns, the owner told me that his chicken, and beef were cooked in a lot of juices. When I went in to ask if he would replace them? I was told absolutely not!

It is the worst salad ever!

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN... WHAT CHICKEN OR BEEF WAS IN THEM WAS SCARCE AND A BLAND FLAVOR! THE OWNER IS NOT A GOOD...

Caution if ordering via Uber Eats/Doordash! Aliberto’s Jr used to be amazing–consistent and delicious. Over the past two months, something changed. Ordered from them 7 times within that period and almost every order was wrong. It started out as little things, like ordering extra sour cream on a burrito and instead receiving none at all. But lately I started receiving the wrong order all together. Most recently twice in one night (ordered a carne asada burrito and received four random tacos. Reordered, and received the carne asada fries plate rather than the burrito as ordered). They simply just don’t seem to pay attention. And it sucks, because if/when they do get it right, it’s SO good.

Not worth it anymore. Can’t speak to what it’s like to visit the shop and order, but I sadly advise against...
