Bruno's Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Exeter Township

I was trying to give no star but I had no choice but to click on one star. Dinner gone wrong. I would say I use to really like to order wings from here until today. I was so shockingly disturbed by such miserable people. Going to Bruno's happened to turn my happy day into a nightmare. Not a good place to bring kids to eat there at all. After a day at the playground close by to Bruno's I was thinking to go sit down and eat some good food. Well this was a terrible experience and I will no longer be going there. First off as soon as we sat down everyone frowned at us for having 5 little kids along. The kids were sitting really quite watching youtube and then was served their food. My plate of barbecue wings wasn't gently placed on the table it actually was more like slammed down and the cook was very unpleasant. Just misery was in the air tonight even the other customers were just unhappy. So if anyone has kids you may be happier at anywhere else and not at Bruno's. I will no longer go there ever. Two thumbs down Bruno's. The actual reason the other customers were just so unhappy because they don't know how to have fun. Don't go to a pizzeria for a quite dinner.....lets use our smart brains people and next time go to fine dinning for that quite time. So...

I think the food was really good. Staff is very friendly. However I am wanting to say what I see. This would have been 5 stars. But I believe the owner is either tired or doesn't have the ability to just deep clean. The place is filthy. I feel bad, but someone help them. Maybe hire staff for overnight or cleaning crew. You can not even grab salt, or garlic etc wothout seeing filth or hands stick to shackers. Floor disgusting. Im guessing bathrooms are worse. Just even look behind the counter. Tables filthy. I feel bad because they are all working hard, but cleanliness is at the bottom of the list. I feel so bad, but I want them to know what a customer sees. They are in 1 of the toughest business. So to the owner, I want you to know so you can fix it. I know it's hard, and the food we had was great, so that's huge. Please look at this as a positive review because I think with just a good clean, you all would be remarkable. If we see this place cleaned up, you will be 5 stars from us. Don't give up. You got a great place, and staff from what we saw, just clean. You're probably so busy short-handed and been through a lot with covid....

I have been there three times in the last week. Overall my food has been very good but I was disappointed with my sandwich today. I placed a mobile order and checked my receipt when I opened my sandwich because it was not made as requested. My receipt had the correct way I requested my sandwich but apparently the person preparing my sandwich did not read it. I asked for no tomatoes and was given tomatoes. I asked for cooked onions but was given raw onions. I asked for pickles and was given very few and they were only on one half of the sandwich. My sandwich was also very light on bacon, lettuce, etc. Usually the sandwich is packed and hard to close. This was not the case today-I actually threw away some of the roll and just ate the insides of the sandwich. The first two times my sandwich was delicious and made the same way (and made as requested). Obviously a different person made my sandwich today. I am hoping it is because it was busy and just an off day that the quality went down. This was going to be my new go to place but now I am not so sure. I will try it one more time and let that be the...
