Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! My parents got mistreated by one of there employee not once but multiple times today the employee move my mom the table and told her if you don’t like the treatment bye leave leave. The food is great but we also pay for customer services!!! The prior owner has been in business for 20+ yrs is so sad that the hard work of the prior owner is not valued. I was able to speak to the prior owners and she shared it got sold to the daughter in law if she treats her customers like this I can imagine how she treats her in laws... The down town location is still open and delicious and amazing customer services. I called to complain and to ask for the owner phone number and they refused she said just send me the video to me and I will address it now I know why because she is the owner. On our last day in Alaska we had the pleasure of having lunch at BAHN THAI in downtown Fairbanks. The dining room was beautifully decorated & clean. My wife ordered the PAD CAHSEW with chicken & I ordered PAD GRA PHRAO with chicken. I love super spicy food & the fact that most THAI restaurants will accommodate each guests desired level of spice. I ordered the highest spice level "Thai Spicy", and boy oh boy did I get what I asked for. This may have been the spiciest dish I've ever had. It was beautifully presented, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the favors were phenomenal, & my head was sweating like crazy... just how I like it. Pretty regular here, ordered a green tea and spicy fried rice. Got there, tea was wrong, but didn’t have time to wait for a fix, had to get back to work. Got to work, food was wrong. Tried to call, but kept trying to retake my order, not sure if they realized it was a problem. Went back in after, but didn’t get my money back, and while they did offer to remake it at that time, I had already eaten elsewhere, and didn’t want something I’d ordered hours earlier, oh well.
