• The drinks? Delicious. One of the best Boba joints around. There is a wide variety of options and they get the good popping pearls: Tea Zone Brand. • The Service? Well. Let's just say that is exactly why I rarely come by anymore. • I sadly don't know there names but there are only two workers. If you get the woman, she is AMAZING: Fast, Welcoming, Double-Checks, and makes sure to mix the drinks! I absolutely love it when she is there. • If you get the man, just leave. He is rude, dismissive, mixes up the orders a lot, and rarely mixes the drinks that are supposed to be so you spend the next 15 minutes trying to mix your own to avoid getting the first sip of nothing but syrup. I've also noticed he's a lot NICER and accurate with his job to anyone not white but that's my own observation from the frequency of which I've come here. • There's a reward system where you have a hole-punch card, and after its filled you get either a free drink or a little key-chain of Boba (Mine broke literally the same day and all I did was add it to my keychain that has nothing but my car...

We got there right when they opened. The milkshakes were okay but those of us that had the milkshakes left with our stomachs hurting and sick after. I wanted to really like this place but when it came down to finding a spot to sit as we wanted to sit and chat literally every single table was covered in nastiness. This is the best boba shop in Fairbanks! Their boba are always perfectly cooked, and their tea and smoothies are always fresh and delicious. It's a little out of the way in a mostly shuttered mall but it well worth it. The counter help is always friendly and kind, and the seating area in the mall is always clean and tidy. Edit to add: this shop has been updated but it still so great! They now have shaved snow with toppings that is delicious, and they now seal your boba cups so they don't spill...
