TL;DR This location should no longer be in operation. McDonalds is better.
If only 0.25 stars was possible... I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries - that came out cooked, so that was nice, considering previous reviews (this is the .25 star), also note that it was spectacular if you don't like any toppings on your sandwich that is advertised as coming with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I also ordered and paid for a Bourbon BACON double cheeseburger and BACONator cheese fries. The Bourbon Bacon burger is advertised with bourbon bacon sauce, crispy onions, and bacon. I was given a double burger with only American cheese - no sauce or toppings. The Baconator cheese fries are advertised with bacon, cheddar cheese and cheddar cheese sauce. I was given an approximate 4oz of fries with cheese melted on top. After paying, I was informed that they were out of bacon, "Are cheese fries okay?" The window was closed before I could say no, I would just like regular fries. I was charged the full price for all of these items.
So, I was in my small attempt to compensate my loss of money in this situation. It was near closing and I didn't want to deal with the employees who clearly did not care, so I simply asked for my receipt so I could speak with a manager about it the next day. I was told the receipt printer is broken. Okay. Having worked in restaurants my entire life and having a basic knowledge of how electronic payment works I asked if they could print the receipt from the back office or in another area of the restaurant. The answer was no. Now, I asked to speak with a manager because I require a document of my transaction. Window closed again without the allowing me the ability to finish my sentence. A man with no title came forth and said "Yeah, the receipt printer is broken" I asked once again for a print out from the back office, assuming this is the manager I requested. Read moreI tried to call several times, but no one answers. I waited about 45 minutes in line. I was ordering for my household of four tonight. A large Dave's Double Combo, no onions with a Coke, a large 10 Piece Chicken Nuggets Combo, with a Chocolate Frosty and BBQ and Ranch sauces, a Double Baconator by itself, and another 10 Piece Chicken Nuggets by itself with S'awesome sauce. The Dave's burger had onions. The fries were large, but only half full. I don't think the Coke was actually a large either because the container is usually opaque and I thought y'all just changed containers, but it was way less than usual when it was supposed be shared amongst the family. Luckily I caught it with the frosty when they tried to hand me a small. One of the 10 Piece Nuggets was spicy when we didn't order spicy. We only got two containers of S'awesome sauce for all 20 nuggets. The other fries was only a medium when both were supposed to be large. Literally the only thing right with our order was the Baconator. There were no napkins in our bag and it sounded like whoever was in charge was yelling at their employees, which was probably what was distracting them to cause such massive mistakes. It's whatever, I've worked fast food and it's stressful. Mistakes happen constantly. Young people are learning and that's ok. But when I call multiple times throughout the night and y'all ignore your phone so that I don't even have an opportunity to have my meal that fixed? That's super not ok. I don't know what's going on right now, but it was a disappointment to say the least. It's one thing to have onions on my burger or maybe she didn't hear me say large on the frosty too, but it's another to mess up every single thing we order and then not be available to fix it. I hope someone is able to respond to this and I'm able to find some sort of resolution. Maybe y'all just need to update your number or someone accidently left your phone off the hook. Who knows. Ordered x2 10-piece nugget meals with Sprite (Medium), x1 Dave's Single Combo with Sprite, (medium), Chili-cheese baked potato. When we got to the food window the gentlemen at the window handed us a dark drink, which we corrected him and got our 3 Sprites (1st correction). He then handed us a bag of food and said "Have a good day", upon inspection we had a Baconator (double) and 2 fires (Large and Medium) in the bag. We sent it back for a correction (I opened the burger because it was supposed to be plain, I"m sure the guy behind us got the burger as it was, unfortunately I had touched the meat to inspect the food...)(2nd correction). We then received another bag with the correct burger and a Chili with cheese. Once again, "Have a good day" as he closed the window. Once again. Wrong. So, we had to flag him down again, told him we were missing our fries and x2 10 piece nuggets (3rd correction). When this food came out we finally felt our order was correct, but I noticed shortly after that we never received our baked potato! In addition to this, we were never given a receipt so we can't reference our order or submit a review to Wendys. But for what it is worth, we desperately need a higher National minimum wage!
