Bar Bagel — Restaurant in Fairfield

I found Bar Bagel on a recommendation from a girl who used to house-sit for me. Turns out, it was divine intervention disguised as a bagel shop!

Let me say this, the bagels? Absolutely delish. Creative combinations, flavor-packed, and with a chew that says, “Yes, you deserve this, I'm exactly what you've been craving!”

They have a human rainbow bagel named Kristina behind the counter, who's kinda like a unicorn of sorts. I mean is she real? She's actually doing her job and doing it so well I'm smiling??? She upgrades your mood people! She’s got that rare customer service knack that most lack or don't care to put the effort into expressing. Funny as all get out, warm, and somehow makes picking a bagel feel like a tiny celebration. She’s not trying to “provide excellent customer service” She just is excellent. Naturally, and it's so so so refreshing.

In a world where service can feel so robotic, Kristina is that magical glitch in the matrix, a genuinely delightful human.

So yes, come for the bagels (they're bussin’), but if you’re lucky enough to catch Kristina, you’ll leave with more than just your order…..you’ll leave...

Very rude and disrespectful my order was cancelled as soon as I walked through the door they didn’t make contact or say hi and another customer came out complaining that they didn’t have any bagels I tried to ask why my order was canceled and they said to leave the store will not go back I guess I will go across the street.

You are located in Fairfield I did order online and I don’t like being called a liar I got there at 1:25 and exactly at 1:29 I got a text stating that my order was canceled due to no extras care to explain that my order was supposed to be packed...

We’re from New York and have been looking for a good bagel spot… this is it. Their bagels are perfectly toasted while being soft. Bacon is crisped to perfection and they don’t skimp on anything. I order my egg over easy and they cooked it to the perfect runny consistency. Blueberry bagel was flavorful and they use a strawberry jam with little strawberries in it. People are super nice as well. Sat outside on the little tables which was nice! Also very reasonable prices. Highlyyyy...
