Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fairfield

I am giving two stars because of the management this store allows. I waited on a very busy NYD for my family’s order for almost half an hour which was NOT my issue what so ever. My issue was the woman whom I assume was the management the way she was barking at her staff. I watched her mock her staff standing behind them for asking questions to insure people were charged correctly as if they were stupid. She was rude to anyone who spoke to her. I saw one girl speak up after she was incredibly rude to an older woman and she pushed that girl’s order so she wouldn’t have to hear herself be held accountable. The staff looked miserable under her. Walking to my car, young kids my own children’s age were saying how rude they thought the woman was to her staff and customers too. Kids know the difference, why doesn’t she? Shame on Jersey Mikes for allowing their staff to be treated so poorly. You clearly need the staff, they don’t need you. This is exactly why the food industry is struggling to maintain employment. Do better, Jersey Mikes. As for your staff that was NOT management- they were all so kind and patient despite being overwhelmingly busy. They separated their frustrations with this woman and you were able to visibly see them do so before turning on their customer service. The kids on your line are great and deserve so much...

I can't believe what just happened to me. I just walked in jersey Mike's in FAIRFIELD CT & I have trouble standing for along time. So I'm standing there & there's 7 people in there suppose to be working only 3 were setting up uber orders & the others standing around doing nothing & no custumers. I waiting & they are standing right in front of me talking to each other & acting like im not even THERE! So finally I walked out & no-one said a word! They didn't even care & clearly they could see I was pissed. I CAN'T believe I have to give them a 🌟 because I would give them - 100 🌟s I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! It is the worst service that I have had in over a year! I will never come back here again. The thing is I'm a regular here but I'm having foot & leg problems & I'm sure they could tell if they were paying attention to me!! I will never come back here!!! I'm really upset!!! Ordered a sandwich and mistakenly forgot to request no lettuce. Simple fix I thought…. Went back expressed the mistake and figured we could get a sandwich made the correct way as I have an allergy to lettuce…. I was told that it was my fault the order was wrong…ok, so can we just simple fix the issue with a new sandwich, I was then told I can’t get another sandwich because a bunch of things are set to go on the grill now. So not only did I waste 2 trips, 30 minutes I also didn’t leave with a sandwich and so I had to leave hungry and request a refund. Great service from the manager, I would no longer spend a penny in...
