This review is from the perspective of an Uber driver. I often come here to pick up orders at night and it's usually pretty good. Tonight though, July 4th, I come by and the line is out to the street. I have my order number and walk up to the inside door. It's locked but they have a doorbell button. It goes ignored. I see on the order screen the order is done and ready. Near the bottom of the list so it has been done for some time. I walk around to the window and wait till he's done with that customer. When he's done I mentioned to him "nobody's coming to the door" and he says "you have to go around in the line." I said "I can see the order is done and this line is to the street can you not just give it to me?" He says "you have to go around you have to wait there's two other drivers in the line you have to wait." I told him "that's ridiculous I can see the orders done it's right there. My code is 3909A. That bag says 3909A." He says "I know but you have to go in the line" I said "The order has been sitting there cold and is getting colder and you want me to wait 20 more minutes to come get it when it is right there we can both see it." He says "yes you must". If you ever ordered from here and got cold food you know exactly why. As some sort of demented power trip he wants to make you customers and us drivers suffer when he could easily either give the food through the window to us or open the door to Uber eats/doordashers like most mcdonald's do. If you have any other options for McDonald's delivery late night choose that. We shouldn't stand for this intentionally poor service that ruins the quality of the product. Read moreThey kept me waiting for 15 minutes on 4 grilled chicken snack wraps in the drive through. Didn't tell me it would be a long time, just to pull up to the line. When I did go inside looking for my food they forgot to put honey mustard in the bag so I had to go back in after it! And when I did go in and asked for it, the person behind the counter who I made eye contact with ignored me and continued what she was doing without saying a word to me. Not so much as an, "I'll be right with you", or "sure thing let me just get this ice cream." After she was done with the ice cream she reached under the counter and gave me the honey mustard, finally. Ordinarily this place is pretty good so they must just have been having an off night and I was hangry after a workout. They did upgrade my medium fry to a large fry to make up for the delay but I didn't really want all those fries in the first place which is why I only ordered a medium. A better option would have been to say that it was free for the wait having been that long. If the service is this bad again I might consider switching places. Fast food it certainly was not. And when I finally got the food home, the snack wraps were leaking out...
Read moreI went through the drive thru, ordered my meal and realized I forgot to order a sweet tea so I asked the guy to add it on.. he asked what size and everything. I get to the pick up line and she hands me everything except the sweet tea so I told her it’s missing. She told me she doesn’t speak English and to pull my car we’re they always have people wait when the food isn’t done. I waited there for 5 minutes so I decided to go inside, I told the woman what happened, she went to consult with the women that handed me my food and came back to me and said I didn’t pay for it. She even asked me what I ordered and went to the back for 5 more minutes to look over receipts to make sure I ordered it. I just ended up leaving. 10 minutes wasted for a sweet tea, how ridiculous. I’ve worked in a food environment for years, anytime a person was missing something I never questioned, I would just hand it to them. They doing all that over a $1 sweet tea and has now lost an everyday customer for it....
