Went through the drive through and the lady that took the order got it wrong several times. We could see on the screen. My husband kept repeating himself for her to fix it and she still couldn’t get it right. THEN she tells us to come around to the pay window and give the order there. So we did and assumed maybe the sound just wasn’t good on the speaker. The lady took the order again and assured us she understood and got it right. Then we pull up to the next window as I’m reading the receipt and it’s STILL wrong!! They charged us for 2 whole extra meals and two additional cheeseburgers that we did not order and were missing some of the nuggets we DID order. So I tell the lady there that our order is wrong. We get the bag and they gave us all this extra food that we DIDNT order and still didn’t even match the WRONG receipt that they charged us for. I told the lady we needed to fix the order and refund us the extra stuff. The first one could barely understand English so she calls another, then she calls another, and finally the third one helped us with the refund but she got it wrong a few times too! She then proceeds to Make us give her back the things we didn’t order one by one, which we did…. And she refunded a portion of the order but left out some. So we had her correct it again…. I said they should just start all over again, refund everything, and give us a whole new order… the lady had an attitude and rolled her eyes because I kept having them fix it each time they gave us everything wrong. By the time we were somewhat satisfied, the food was completely cold! I then told them that and the lady rolled her eyes and made us pull over into a parking spot to wait for Hot food… even after all of this, when we got home, the order was still wrong!!!! We got an extra cheeseburger, extra nugget, and a large fry. At least we weren’t charged for those extras this time. This took literally almost an hour in the drive through and people were behind us!! One lady pulled off furious. You don’t give a customer extra stuff, charge them for it, and get upset with them if they want you to fix it. Horrible customer service! And I think everyone should have a chance in America to make a living for themselves, However, it Does not make sense to have people who can barely speak English working in a drive thru. Every single person we interacted with, including the person who was supposed to fix the order, could barely speak English or understand. That was the problem! If they spoke English, we probably would not have been there that long because it was very simple to just redo the order. Instead, they made us repeat Ourselves 1000 times, and wait online forever. Not only did they frustrate a bunch of customers, but they costed the company money giving away free food. If our experience was like that, I Guarantee most of the cars behind us had a similar experience unless they spoke Spanish. Absolutely horrible customer service, and a waste of time. Read moreThis McDonald’s is consistently slow and gives incorrect orders. They seem incapable of reading or following even the basic of instructions. They even “ran out of quarter pounder patties” the other day. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?
To add insult to Injury, they DO NOT have an active phone line. The only number I can find for them is to a fax line.
Because of this, I have allowed countless screw ups to go unreported because I had no way of contacting the restaurant. This has allowed the insults to really pile up. But today, they screwed up so severely, that I tried to call again multiple times to no avail.
Today, they got the ENTIRE BURGER WRONG! Including the number of patties. I suppose it is difficult to count to TWO, but I don’t think it’s asking too much for them to get put TWO patties on a double. Furthermore, they put literally at least 1/4 cup of mayo on my burger and nothing else.
I resent the expectation that we drive all the way back to this location when they screw up, esp considering how often it is. I should be able to call the restaurant and have them credit us for the meal. But in this I stance, the location is about 15 min away in obnoxious north Jersey/nyc traffic. So we go when we’re going to target or another nearby store, which is often. However, we were done for the day.

Read moreI have gone several times but this time I decided I will Never go back. My first time, they gave me cold breakfast burritos, didn’t say anything. I had pulled to the side to eat (can’t eat inside due to Covid) and they were cold, when I brought them back, they said sorry our microwave isn’t working...if that was the case then why give me the food in the first place. I got a refund, they didn’t ask if I wanted anything else. I told the young lady, but I’m hungry and I am going somewhere after this so I need something. I asked for a certain sandwich, she gave me something else completely. My second time, several weeks later, again, the breakfast burrito was cold. And their cafe making machine was broken but I had driven home and had to warm it up in the microwave. Now today, Feb 17, 2021, the drive through was silent, no one answering, no one at the window, no sign saying it’s out of order. I park, go inside, there is one lady doing everything, one person fixing something, clearly the lady getting the food packed was busy, but oddly, only 1 customer who was waiting her food, so I guess it was outside deliveries the worker was preparing? I stood there for some time, no greeting, no, ”I’ll be right with you.” Then another lady comes out with a head set, I guess she is the drive thru person, again, no greeting of good morning, ignored me also, and the person fixing something never greeted me.
