If I wanted cafeteria food I would've went back to my high school. Had a grubhub delivery and they didn't come at all as advertised in the pictures. I figured at least close but the sandwich shown is a cowboy burger and looks nothing like it. Couldn't even give the the bacon in a strip it was crunched into tiny bits and put in the middle of the onion ring. The Burgers were obviously a store bought patty (looked and tasted like Sam's club frozen patties) and the "big ass" onion rings were a tiny little batch of five onion rings that also look store bought. Might need Gordon Ramsey to come help you guys out because this was one of the biggest rip offs I've had for the price. Best thing we got was the deep fried cheese cake. Times are hard but if you keep cutting corners and not focus on quality you're going to go out of business.

Sorry man, huge miss from me. Love the cheese steak, but the burger was rather disappointing. Price point for the quality isn't there right now. Burger was undercooked and lacked flavor. Also, I know you aren't wearing a mask, so I don't know why you keep denying it on Google reviews. Final edit and afterthought: Was a regular to the Original Steak and Hoagies, but this guy doesn't deserve my business. Can't take criticism, counts it up to trolling. It's a bummer, but penn station is across the street, so no loss for me. He deleted his response, but I'll post the screenshot.

Mom and son outing. Almost missed it because the name on Google maps and the restaurant name wasn't displayed like usual. It's displayed on the window. The fries and steak sub I had were fantastic. Other than that, food was amazing and customer service was great. The atmosphere (music) was kinda unusual, but I was okay with it. Will definitely return with my other kiddos.

Much like another reviewer, when I went in the staff were not wearing masks at all. I couldn't believe it. The place was also dirty. The food was fine at best, but the fact that none of them were wearing masks makes it one star. Based on the other responses from the owner, it seems he or she can't take any criticism and refuses to improve and I'm sure they'll deny my criticisms.

EDIT: To the owner response saying “we do not deny criticism. Just shouldn’t give a restaurant a bad review based on masks.”: First of all, you have denied criticism in your previous responses. Secondly, I will absolutely and unapologetically give you a bad review based on masks. Are you kidding me? Because of people like you this pandemic is spreading at an uncontrollable pace. You work in the food industry preparing food for people to ingest. I cannot believe you do not value cleanliness and sanitary conditions so you can be sure that eating food prepared by you and your staff is safe. Absolutely wild. I’m mad at myself for even giving you money for this food now. My dog eats cleaner food than what’s clearly prepared here. As a fellow food professional I know the value of Servsafe, and it’s standards. If you can’t take the time to train your staff in the proper sanitization and maintenance maybe you shouldn’t be running a food service...

I read the reviews and was hesitant to order. We are really happy that we didn’t listen!! The burgers were really good, the spicy honey chicken was a hit with the whole family and we aren’t really big spicy food fans. The sides were amazing too! We had the fried pickles, onion rings, mozz wedges, and fried cheesecake. The sides were crisp, cooked perfectly. The cheesecake was a big hit with the kids. The girl who took my takeout order was very nice and patient as my kids were all taking their time deciding. We will definitely order here again. Proof positive, reviews are usually only people who have a bad experience... we wanted to show some local business love and tell the tale of our...
