I did not want to give any stars but I was forced to, in order to leave a comment. This is a picture of the steak and cheese I ordered today from the D'angelos in Falmouth Mass, on 9/27/19. I not only got raw onions in my sandwich but the cheese was slapped on and not mixed on the grill top like it should be. I understand it was busy when I went in, there was a "Now hiring" notice on the counter, so I get they were short staffed. However, the quality should NEVER suffer because of low staff. I never write reviews but for this I had to. I would have waited an extra 15 minutes if my sandwich would have come out the way it was supposed...

I have had some real bad experiences lately. I'm not sure if the staff is qualified to do this job two weeks ago I ordered three subs and when I got home (East Falmouth) one was not what I ordered, I called they said bring it back we will compensate you with drinks and chips, no compensation. Today I ordered three cheeseburger subs and when I get here from (EAST FALMOUTH) they say they have to run to papa Gino's to get burgers, I can't beleive this so I sat in the lot waiting because we were craving these things and again no compensation what is going on with this place? They need a new team that knows what the hell...

This is one of the very best D'Angelo sandwich shops I've ever been to. The sandwiches are attractive and made well. What stands out here at this location in Falmouth is the overwhelmingly friendly & efficient service that you will consistently receive by Rebecca and Patrick in particular! Kudos to D'Angelos for having such great employees represent their company...they make all the difference! Great quality sandwiches, reasonable prices and friendly service...a winning combo! A regular customer that will keep...
