Terrible service. The person working the drive through wasn’t professional and did not enjoy taking our order at all. We tried to ignore that, but the results that followed made me write this review. 1. The worker never clarified what our drink preferences were. 2. We didn’t receive our full order, we were missing our donut and sandwich. 3. We requested a receipt and it was never given to us, it was also not supplied to us in the bag of food we received. Dunkin, please invest into your employees to have them reflect the company in a favorable way. As people working the front lines as brand ambassadors, it is crucial for everyone to contribute to the value of the company and uphold the mission statement of the company that reads: “To be the leading provider of the wide range delicious beverages & baked product around the kingdom in a convenient, relaxed, friendly environment, that insures the highest level of quality product and best value for money. We provide our guest, the elegant service and unforgettable experience to meet their expectations in every single visit. “ we did not receive a friendly environment, we did not get the best value for the money, and we did not experience and elegance along the way. We definitely received an unforgettable experience, but in all the wrong ways. To be fair, the drinks we received were delicious and the sandwich and donut we broke and half and shared was also very tasty. When/if you get your order, please check twice to not encounter the same issue we did. Disclaimer: we were on a time crunch and did not have time to deal with it by going back and sorting it all out, especially since there is no option of going inside with COVID-19. Read moreAmong my group of friends we have a long-standing debate as to the worst Dunkin' Donuts currently in operation. This location is my shining example of how truly awful you can make an experience be even when almost every aspect is standardized and outsourced for a uniform experience.
I have stood in line or waited in my vehicle at the Drive-Thru for upwards of 30 minutes to receive my order at this location. During the height of tourist season it's easy to see how this might happen, but this miserable experience has occurred at all times of the year and during all times of day and night.
At any other DD location anything longer than five minutes is unheard of. Yet, somehow, that's about the minimum it takes to get anything.
Best bet is a 7-11 down the street. It may not be the exact same product but even with having to get out of your vehicle and walk around to get what you want you'll be in and out in half the time it takes to get to the front of...
Read moreStopped here for a quick donut and iced coffee. Chose to walk into the store so that I could view the donuts available. Staff were busy with the drive through line and there seemed to be a mix up with their process as we were left waiting 20mins for an iced coffee as our order on the electronic system was deleted. This is I can forgive as I knew there were new staff members being trained.
However, my low rating is for the (presumed, as not wearing uniform or name badge) manager who was witnessed shouting at staff and referring to individual new employees as “that one” and “that one” whilst pointing at them and commenting on their lack of ability in a derogatory manner. This is no way for a manager to treat staff (new or old). The staff were doing their best during a busy time !!
