Never received food, eventually canceled! for my cousin’s birthday she had placed an order at this papa johns for delivery we waited the 1 1/2 hours they said it would take to get it delivered we waited that PLUS an additional 2 hours on top of that. We waited cause figured they were busy but eventually everyone was gone had to cancel cause everyone had left not eating cause it never came. We called to cancel which was almost impossible for us to cancel eventually got ahold of someone at the location polity canceled order cause had taken so long person on phone gave ZERO F’s they said “okay bye” the. Hung up no apology not even an explanation or anything.
I love papa johns but as for this location don’t even bother maybe you’ll get lucky and get food but with the service they gave us I’ll never be at this location again they didn”t seem to care for customer service at all.
Corporate or the owner of the place really needs to do an audit of this place or something cause I’m not even the only person this has happened to. It’s not very often I’ll give out one star reviews definitely didn’t think I’d be giving one...

I called the store to tell them that instead of having it delivered, i would pick it up because the wait time was so long. I called, someone answered but then told me they would be with me in a moment. They then proceeded to put the phone on the counter and I was able to hear everything going on. I waited on the phone for 5 minutes with no one taking my call. Can't answer the phone, can't be bothered to even send the right orders. Ordered 5 things, 4 were wrong. Delivery guy (not his fault) tried calling and they just let the phone ring. What kind of business model is this? Are useless children running the place? The whole situation seems ridiculous. Your entire job is to take the pizza orders, and then deliver that order. They're is no way this can be this hard. Read moreUpdate as of March 17th, 2025. Placed an order at rush hour. It was done within 15-20 minutes. They had ample staffing and were quick to check in when I walked through the door. Definitely seems to have improved!
I’m currently still standing inside the store. Order said it was done at 7pm. It’s now 7:36pm. There’s 3 people behind the counter and instead of asking customers inside what is missing they’re continuing to make more orders without catching up on the ones missing in the store. Unless you stop someone and ask them about your order status, they don’t ask. I’ve asked twice if I should continue to stand and wait and the response both times was we are understaffed and it’ll be coming shortly. It’s mind blowing how non caring the staff was about the people waiting for the orders in the store that were said to have been completed.
