Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Fargo

I hadn’t been to caribou in a long time so I decided to treat myself today and have always had great experiences until today :/ I ordered a hot milk chocolate mocha and initially said hot but she must not have heard me. She repeated back milk choc mocha and I pull up and she hands me an iced mocha and I said I ordered a hot mocha I’m sorry! And she said that’s ok we will make one. I felt so bad that they had to make another one and usually don’t speak up for myself but was looking forward to a hot drink. 5 minutes later a different gal hands me my drink and said for the future when you hear the girls repeat your order back and if it’s not correct say something then instead of waiting until you get to the window bc then we have to make a new drink. I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear them say iced and then she repeated what she just said again. She totally blamed me for the mistake. I felt so bad bc the line was long after me and I know she was probably stressed but in my view it was poor customer service to automatically blame the customer. I will not be going back to this location. I usually don’t write reviews and usually take a wrong order so I don’t upset anyone and then decided I’d speak up today and I’m now...

Always go to this location. Friendly staff, coffee is always perfect. Sundays are my doggy dates and he gets so excited once we pull in 🥰Sometimes the pup cups even have little dog biscuits in them. I do wish Caribou wouldn’t shove a card swiper taped to a stick out their window to pay with a card (I only downloaded the app so the crew didn’t have to peg me through the window. So awkward.). They do this at the 25th Street location as well. Similarly, both buildings seem to have been designed by someone who’s never experienced North Dakota winter or owned a sedan. I went thru the drive thru, the young lady who took my order was very nice and patient with me. I have always had a great experience with your employees except for the young lady who works day shift at the Hornbacher 's on Sheyanne. She wad I believe to be hispanic or Indian, but she wasn't pleasant at all, she was extremely rude to the gentleman in front of me, and he was patient with her. She did not get his order right and I think it pissed her off, but he was extremely patient and just took what she had made for him.
