I brought in my wife's Chromebook for a screen repair. I was told that they did not have the part and it would take five days to get the part. We waited for five days and had not heard back. So, we called in and was told they had the part and were awaiting approval. We approved the repair and were told we would get a call once it was done. We waited another five days and called in as we had still not heard back. This time we were told that the part was not there but needed to be ordered. We were promised a delivery date about three days later. After waiting and not hearing any status updates again, we called and were told that they needed to reorder the part as the previous part was lost in shipping. So, we were promised another delivery date. We waited again and several days later called in only to discover the part had still not arrived but was due to arrive the following Monday by five. The next Monday I called in after five and was told the part had still not arrived. Finally, after waiting for just under a month I went in and picked up the still broken laptop. There was no apology offered nor any attempt made to retain my business.
I'm never coming back here for a repair again. Every time on the phone the staff was unprofessional and really did not seem to know what was going on. I'm going to repair the screen myself for about 1/4th of what I was quoted. I'm incredibly...
Read moreThe only small issue I had is the first person who spoke with me, who was extremely nice & friendly by the way, gave me the wrong information by accident... he said something to the effect of that for 80.00 you could fix the screen to where a person could access the app to transfer info. onto a new phone or for 180.00ish dollars you could repair the phone back to where it was before I broke it. So I was happy to discover that for only 80.00 rather than the 180.00, I was able to have my phone restored back to normal. The problem is, going by what he initially said, I had decided to just get a new phone & have everything transferred... well when I found out the actual situation... I went to return the phone at at&t, that I had purchased & they said there was a restocking fee of 50.00 or 55.00 or something like that & so I kept the new phone rather than pay that & it's just sitting in a box at home, now, as after I bought it & came to your store & found out the real situation & just decided to keep my original phone, then. Read moreMy apologies I've been busy and forgot to leave this review. I gotta be honest that these guys are phone ninjas. My daughter got her phone knocked out of her pocket by our husky puppy (crazy but lovable... mostly crazy as other owners grasp) We had to drive over an hour to get to Fargo, and do like we did call them and let them know you are coming so they can "try" to be aware you're coming. Granted we had an easy phone to change the glass on but we drove up there and the gentleman had gone to lunch but was coming right back as the second guy in the shop. So we left the phone there and was going to go grab something in west Fargo and was getting the kids situated and like 10 minutes after dropping the phone off, got the text saying it was done. Just assumed it was a mistake, so went back in to check and sure enough he had fixed it crazy fast. And it wasn't like someone slapped it on, it looked new.
