I was at this location Sunday around 5pm. I am still in shock by the way I was treated and what occurred during my order through the drive thru. I kindly asked the guy running the drive thru to give me a minute to look at the menu. He replied, “No you need to hurry up”. Then laughter was exchanged between him and another guy in the background and then stating that he was joking. I told him I would take my time and he continued to make remarks and laughing with another guy. I finally pull up to the window and there are two male workers, one being the guy that took my order. They are still laughing when I pull up and he asks me if I’m mad at him. This isn’t the worst part of it.....as they are handing me my food, another worker who had been taking out the trash runs up and attempts to CLIMB THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!!! I could not believe the behavior I witnessed!!!! Finally after a failed attempt of getting in the window, one of the guys told him to stop and use the door. I have never had any issues with this place before this incident. The food and service has always been good. Usually I order inside but I decided to go thru the drive thru...big mistake. I was so upset while ordering that I was going to back my car out and leave. The only thing that kept me from doing so was my daughter who loves the orange chicken. I really wish I could give you guys 5 stars but the behavior of those workers have really turned me off. I really hope that this issue is taken care of. As much as I enjoy the food, I will probably...
Read moreThis review is more so of the interview process than it is the food.I interviewed at this location and the manager Qiyou. The interview went well and I was offered a second interview. They really needed people and he seemed to be impressed with my history working at a high paced restaurant, which I managed at for multiple years. I then had an interview with the area supervisor Daphne. It might not have gone AS well because I was nervous, however all seemed fine. After this interview I never received any notification that I didn’t receive the job. I called them both, as well as sent messages that they both ignored. It was extremely unprofessional to avoid a potential candidate. I have never not received an email or message thanking me for my time and letting me know what the outcome was. I expected better if such a large company that prides itself on customer service and “family”. I noticed that the current staff and new hires were Asian, save one conservative employee. I’m not sure if that’s why I didn’t get the job or if they felt I wouldn’t be able to do the job properly. However I did feel awkward when the staff asked about my application and then when I came a different time I could hear the employees saying I didn’t get the job. The staff was notified, but I wasn’t. Very disrespectful and disheartening. I’m glad I continued my employment elsewhere since they are more forthcoming, appreciate my experience and work ethic (which I have been commended for),...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered a plate with SweetFire Chicken and Broccoli Beef. I got up to the window and the receipt showed everything correctly but when I got home I found out they didn't give me any Broccoli Beef. The girl at the window didn't look like she wanted to be there at all and the only words she said to me was my total.
The SweetFire chicken that I did get was very sweet and bland tasting. It was marked as a spicy dish but there was no heat that I could detect at all. I only received 4 pieces of chicken as well. The rest of the "chicken" was just tiny pieces of batter caked with sauce that had no meat inside.
The fried rice that came with the dish was equally disappointing. Very dry and bland. The only saving grace for it was the vegetables that were mixed in. They were actually cooked well and fairly tasty. But not nearly enough to make up for the shortcomings of the rest of the meal.
Overall, I would not recommend going to Panda Express. I would suggest a local restaurant like Great Wall or another of the non-chain Chinese...
