Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Fargo

Went in today and ordered some food. The guy working the register was rude from the get go. When i walked up he quickly darted to the back 2 different times before even acknowledging myself or the other people there. When it came time to order he was short and cranky. Myself and another ordered almost the same thing. I ordered a meal woth a drink as did the other person. I paid and the other person got their drink then went directly to the next person in line behind me. Figured id get mine when my food was ready. Food was cookend snd i went up to get it asked about my drink and the guy said i never ordered one. Told him i ordered a lemonade and he said "i asked if you wanted one and you said nope and just shrugged" I said i ordered a lemonade and that even the person next to me heard me say it. Guy says "well fine then you can have a drink" Customer interaction was extremely poor. And i will not be returning again to this one. Guy also left when other customers had ordered to use the restroom but said it loud enough for everybody to hear. He then went to the back and removed his uniform then went to the restroom. It seems like us customers are nothing but a hindrance for him. The lady working as well seemd to have the same feeling. But i did not interact with her that much. The food was ok the loaded cheeae and bacon fries i had were loaded with baccon but were very much lacking the cheese there was some cheese...

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to try this place but, I'm from out east and have been dying for a Philly cheese. I'm sad to say, I'm sorry I bothered. The guy behind the til is belligerent, mean spirited and downright rude. I paid with cash since my total came to $13.85 and I had a $20. This guy tried to short me the single and just give me a five. I had to ask three times for my missing bill. While waiting for my food, he touched his face multiple times and handled cashfrom the guy behind me too. When he reached to make my drink, I mentioned that he should change his gloves or at least wash his hands. He then stood and argued with me over basic restaurant hygiene until my sandwich came up. The sandwich guy had to ask the cashier multiple times to change his gloves. He then made a big show of changing them slowly while making snide remarks. Once regloved, he made my drink then held it above my head where I couldn't reach it, like some perverse schoolyard...

Food was great as usual. Not one associate said a word to us the whole time from ordering to requesting a refill before leaving. The associate that refilledy lemonade had left hand in the sanitizer bucket ringing out the rag while filling my cup with right hand. Then she uses her left hand to puty lid on and carry my cup by the lid with her rag sanitizer hand! I called her out on it and said that's not healthy for the food and drinks. She got defensive and starting arguing saying she did not use her left hand at all. Which was a lie. I asked for management so staff could be educated on proper food handling and both associates were very defensive and loud. Apparently there wasn't a manager on duty???? Just watch how your food/drinks are prepared so no cleaning liquids get...
