Ginna's Cafe — Restaurant in Fargo

Went for coffee, was hoping for something like an iced mocha with a strong flavor, but I don't believe they have espresso. They have a limited menu so I ended up choosing a mocha frappe to have something chocolatey. It was ok, but didn't have much flavor, I couldn't taste any coffee in it but I don't expect too much of blended drinks. Presentation was nice, but messy, required several napkins to clean it up before I could carry it away. A large was $6.18 with tax. Ordered to-go. Tried the outdoorsman sandwich, and it was delicious. I was hungry and decided to eat half the sandwich there at a table. Food was awesome, staff was wonderful, and I'm very satisfied with my order. I complimented and thanked them before leaving and said " if I ever want a great sandwich, I'm coming here!" The pizza sauce needs to be more than just canned tomato sauce, add seasoning like garlic and basil or something. The crust is also a bit lacking, could use a dash of garlic salt. Find a recipe for a pizza seasoning shaker to shake onto the pizza once they're cooked too, it adds flavor and life to it. Was of good quality ingredients but bland to taste. Good...
