Parents love to go here. Spend a lot of $$ we do here. I forgot to get my dad a gift card in time for fathers day. I called here to see if they had a hard gift card and if they would mail it. Nope. They just couldnt grasp how a 90yo man doesnt have email for the virtual one. have to come in to buy it. odd. i called a local steak house. no problem. even asked if they wanted them to grab a fathers day card. sad when in a city that small with the age demographic that i typically see there, I couldn't figure out how to take $200 from my bank card put a stamp on an envelope and send it down the street. I swear if I was the manager there and my computer won't let me do it I would've just paid the $200 and ask the person to mail it to me when they can get some cash rather than ruin a family's Father's Day. Sent my concerns to the corporate headquarters and I get an email that has basically can't tell me how to go to Amazon.com buy a gift card. Which has nothing to do with almost ruining what might be my dad's last Father's Day. Shame on...

What a different experience, and not a good one. Service was terribly poor, in fact I typically leave at least 10% even for poor service but I tipped only $1.00. We both ordered surf and turf, fortunately her meal came out prepared as expected, mine on the other hand the steak was still blue (I ordered medium rare) and the butter poached lobster tail was not butter poached. They redid both and the second attempt the steak was perfect but the lobster tail was still not right. Also, no garden salad with the entre .. what the heck? Only option was to get a caesar salad as one of the side and it was eh.. the waiter explained it had something to do with COVID .. how in the world would COVID impact a garden salad but not the caesar salad? We even had to ask for the cheddar bay biscuits. Which we finally got a minute or two before the entres arrived. The waiter seemed to care less that his service was horrible but at least the service manager was very nice and seemed to care and did the best he could to make things right which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not just 1. Maybe everyone was having a bad day, I don't know but wow, what a...
ย ย ย Read moreIt was a wonderful night. The place was relatively full, the food was on time and correct. Though.. A few problems. One if the major one was our server, Chris. Theres nice and friendly and than too nice and trying to push drinks. See I was here with my friends and one of them underage. The problem was. The moment we, my other friend who is of age and myself, thought of drinks he began to pitch the specials and did his damnest to get us to order drinks, didn't card us, ask for ID. Nothing just trying to push the sale. It finally took a firm flat no with anger in my voice to make him back off. Two, Every 3 to 4mins. "How's everything? Need a refill? Tasting okay?" Okay I get it he's trying to make up for his behavior but that's excessive. What really urked me was when we were finished and asking for boxes to go. He began asking any room for desert. Now, I'm always up for desert, but we had a long drive ahead of us to get back home an hour west and we asked for the bill at least three times and he would "give us time to decide on desert" sighs I'm not trying to be a mean customer but I just needed to vent on this. Hopefully if he reads this, it helps him learn and allow...
