Pho D'licious — Restaurant in Fargo

Food tasted good and was delicious. But the condition of the restaurant and the service was extremely poor. When we walked in it was not busy, but every single table was dirty and had a mess on it. We had to go and find someone in the back and ask them to clean off a table. The whole time we were there, which was for an hour and half, they did not clean a single other table except for 2 people that came in. There was an extreme lack of attentiveness or any kind of service really. Our order was wrong even after confirming it when placing it. Our drinks (even just waters) were brought out after the food, and only because we asked for them again. One food order was completely missed and not even put in even though it was written down. This was my order so I had to sit there and wait while everyone else was eating. All 4 pho's had very little meat in it. They charge per egg/spring roll which is ridiculous. At least give me 2 for the price. They charged for extra bean sprouts. What kind of pho place skimps on bean sprouts? Had to go and find someone in the back in order to pay. They didn't know how to pay with cash and card. Gratuity was added to the bill even though we were only a group of 5. I feel like I should get that gratuity back because they didn't even provide any kind of a service. But I just wanted to pay and get out of there by that point. UPDATE: I returned after the owner, Henry, replied to my negative review. I could tell it was very important for him to make it up to me. After accepting my free bowl of Pho, Henry insisted that I be refunded for my bad experience. They absolutely fixed the mistake in my eyes and I can't wait to come back with my friends.

I've been here 3 times. The first two times it was incredible and the chef was very kind to my friend and I. The last time I went however, I ordered the meatballs and the brisket. They gave me a bowl with only the lean beef (not the brisket or meatballs), and when I asked the server about it, he told me "that's just how the meatballs are." He made me feel like a stupid American, and then charged me full price for ordering 2 proteins when I only got 1 protein that I didn't even order. This is my go-to place for quality pho in the area, I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Fargo! But today I want to highlight the staff here. I ate here yesterday and I forgot a big chunk of cash at the table. I stopped in today and told some workers about my situation and without hesitation, the owner greeted me handed me an envelope with all my money inside. His name I believe is Henry and he looked so happy to give this money back to me. Maybe to whoever’s reading this, it’s not that big of a deal. But to me, it was a day maker.
