If I could give this location a zero, I would! Ordered a pizza on Thursday night not even 10mins after 9pm and waited for them to buzz in and it just never happened. Called the location and was told the driver tried calling me and then the girl that took my call said, the driver who didn’t make an attempt to find my name on the buzzer so I could even buzz him in, just left and is now at the store again and asks me if we still wanted our order, mind you it’s now been over an hour for a pizza that was given a wait time of 45 to 50mins to begin with has now gotta be redelivered which the girl says we will send him right out and I said hopefully the pizza isn’t getting cold. The girl says she could check and puts me on hold and comes back and says it’s still warm, I wonder if she stuck her finger on it or just measured the earth by the box underneath to see if it was warm at all, who knows, so I told her fine redeliver and then she goes ok. Now we waited for another slightly over an hour before making the decision to cancel it and they would not answer the phones after about 8 calls that all went to the call center instead of the actual business that’s here and not thousands of miles away. The call center did give the pizza for free and I had them rebook at the 25th st location, which has way better customer service skills and had it ready for me to pick up since they do not deliver to the south west corner since it’s considered West Fargo barely past the sign, too bad they won’t because now as long as I live out here we’re stuck with the crappy service of the 13th location and will not be buying pizza from Pizza Hut in this town because of the over 2hr wait that ended in me having to go get it myself after a long drive home from being out of town! Thanks but no thanks, purpose of deliver is to get the actual pizza! Also having the driver show up over an hour after you say you will send them right out is pathetic and then not answering customer calls when you have no one in your store as far as a customer, you shouldn’t have a job period since you cannot do it, sending calls to corporate is for when you’re swamped and can’t keep up, not just because you want to avoid a phone call or want to sit around while counting the minutes till you get off!!! I really hate to give negative reviews and this is the first one. I recently moved to Fargo and I have always ordered from Papa John's and other pizza places where the customer service, delivery and service is top notch.
So I ordered this pizza on the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer and wanted to try pizza hut. Check the screenshot of the email. The order was placed at 10:15am and the I scheduled the pick up at 4:15pm.
I reached at around 4:10pm expecting my pizza to be ready in next 5 minutes and was not sure that this visit is going to turn out to be a nightmare. The name of the person at the front desk was Rick and he never cared to greet (not only me but anyone who came in). Firstly I was told that my order could not be found and when did I place my order (gave the order number and displayed the email on phone)
So now the fun started, your order is not ready and It would take around 10 minutes to prepare. This was for my kid and and I was ok to wait for 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I was asked if what was the Pop on my order, I said that there is no pop and just a pizza and cinnamon rolls. I waited again for 10 minutes and then I was told that the whole order was wrong prepared. I have lost my temper by now and said that I am ready to take whatever was made.
Adding to this frustration, I was given a smile and told that my order was never prepared.... Really? All he said again was that I have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for the order to be prepared or he can give me a store credit.
With all the snow and chill out there (4 degree real feel), I was in no mood of getting a credit not the pizza.
Another note to add while I was waiting and observing, None of the employees inside the kitchen used gloves and they prepared each pizza with bare hands and running them all around in the toppings. I can see that already bad rating from others for the service they provide.

Read moreI placed the order online. The order took an hour and a half to get here. The DoorDash driver was clearly upset when he got here because he was waiting for my order for 40 minutes. I only ordered a personal pan pizza and 3 20 oz drinks. After waiting for an hour and a half I open it up and the pizza is cold and hard. It didn't make sense considering they took so long to make it I thought it would be fresh. But then I realized they did not send the DoorDash driver with my drink. Then I realized that at the bottom it says that the drivers gratuity is not included. So who got the tip that I gave? So I call to get a refund for the drinks. Even though I probably should have got refunded for the entire thing because it was disgusting. But I had to be transferred five times before I was able to get a refund. And then he said it would be 3 to 5 days but I don't know if it was because he wanted me to shut up and that he's lying to me or if I'm actually going to get the refund. I guess I'll find out in 3 to 5 days. It's not even about the $8 that they had to refund. It was just the whole situation was really weird. And also I feel bad if the doordash driver waited that entire time and then the tip went to the people who took an hour and a half to make one personal pan pizza and didn't even...
