Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Farmington

Update: I haven’t been here in 3 years because of the bad experiences I’ve had and well they did it again. Didn’t make anything correct and somehow added stuff to my sandwich that I didn’t order. Also, I’m allergic to what they added on there. I pay for stuff and they don’t do anything correct. I’m dumb for even thinking anything was gonna change. Well now I know to absolutely and I mean absolutely never come here again. Thanks Jimmy John’s, you guys are only consistent on messing up my orders.

They are getting worse and worse! I don’t mind if I have to wait knowing they may be short staffed but not an excuse for poor work and over sights. I ordered a sandwich the include meat and bacon along with the other stuff, took them over and hour and when I received my food all it had was bread,bacon and nothing else in it! If I could leave a ZERO I would, in two years I’ve only been here twice and both times was very unsatisfying. First time they kept missing up on my sub because the employees were joking around, not paying attention. I wait a year go back and the store was dirty. Third and final time I order a sub online, I was informed by the door dasher that they were out of bread. A sandwich store! I called for a refund the employee said they can’t because it was through DoorDash. I tried getting a refund through DoorDash they said the store made the order so they can’t refund me, even through the store was out of bread and no order was made or delivered. After going back and forth, I finally got my refund...

I don't know how twice in a row they messed up my sandwhich. It is the most simplest of things to make. Didn't add the cheese I got extra, didn't add the peppers, didn't add the vinegar and oil. Even AFTER repeating my order back to me. Sadly he didn't give me a receipt this last time or else I'd ask for a refund. Also didn't notice until I got home which is 30 mins away. Pretty much just got a mayo, turkey sandwhich. Also none of the tables and I mean NONE were wiped down and littered in crumbs which is why we chose not to eat in restaurant.
