Visited this Arby’s for the first time on 9/11/22 at 6:11pm. Was truly the very worst customer service I’ve received in many months, possibly all year. I don’t go to Arby’s for the fantastic food and service. But as the paying customer I expect at least a tiny bit of friendliness and professionalism.
The lady working the window said the total of our food and not a single thing else to us the entire time we were at the window. We stayed friendly and thanked her when she handed us our items and all we would receive is a blank stare and the drive thru window being SLAMMED. I 100% know that we weren’t the cause of her acting this way. But I’m not sure why we had to be the ones it was taken out on.
Wish I could report the name of the employee but the receipt says “Employee: Register 400.”
This small interaction was enough for me to make my mind up to not come back. If you’re unhappy with your job, then I beg you to find one that better suites you. Because there’s no reason your unhappiness should...
Read moreI have given this Arby's multiple times to have better experiences. I don't normally review things but I feel like I need to. Sometimes I go through he drive through after an evening event I have because it's conveniently on my way home.. However, I cannot go to this Place anymore. Every time over the last few years I have gone in the later evenings, I have had horrible experiences. I order the food, and usually have to wait 15-20 minutes before it's ready. That happened again tonight however all of our food was burnt and the drinks had zero syrup. They were Dr Peppers too and they were visibly out of syrup. I really hope the night crew can step up some because it is really poor quality and customer service. Read moreSo I just went to the Arbys in Fayetteville on Academy to get one of these burgers that are supposed to be 599 and I get there and I’m told no they’re 620 something so for two hamburgers one for my husband and myself and two fries they wanted 20 something dollars for it and I’m like no it clearly says on the Internet and the guy said you know what I don’t have to talk to you and he walks off to get his manager slams the window in my face so then Manager comes over and I asked her why are the burgers not 599 because that’s what it says online she says yeah you know what I don’t know I asked my boss and they didn’t have an answer either so needless to say we left there and didn’t get to try any of these burgers that everyone is telling me you’re so awesome attitude is everything people you don’t mean or obnoxious to put out good customer service.
