Demi is a total rockstar!
Every time I visit Smoothie King, Demi absolutely makes my day. Her energy is infectious, her smile is genuine, and her customer service is second to none. She remembers my order, makes it perfectly every single time, and somehow manages to keep the whole place running smoothly even when it’s busy.
Not only is Demi incredibly friendly and professional, but she also takes the time to recommend new blends based on what I like—and she’s always spot on. She genuinely cares about the customers, and it shows.

Read moreService is horrible! I went in this evening and was unsure of what I wanted, both guys in the front were not helpful. No suggestions, no smile, no enthusiasm, and not to mention not very good customer service. I also asked for a medium and received a large which is too much for me, why I asked for a medium. I told them “ thank you” and didn’t get anything back. Overall bad customer service, bad attitudes, not helpful and probably shouldn’t be in front if that is the way they act. Read moreOrdered a $13 (really?) smoothie online with curbside pickup. the website asked for a description of my vehicle. waited outside five minutes longer than my pickup time. finally went in the store. all the associates were hiding in the back. after a few moments, someone came out of the back.
